Top Ten Songs of 2016 According to Rolling Stone

So, as I did when I released my Top Songs of 2017 list, I also took a look at what Rolling Stone thought were the best songs of 2016 when I released my retrospective list of that year.

To my surprise, their list is okay for me. Although none of the songs made it onto my personal ranking, most of the tracks are quite decent, and it sure is better than the list they'll release in the following year. Nevertheless, compared to Complex and laut.de, Rolling Stone lacks personality and passion in their articles. Although they add texts to each item, it seems like they copied and pasted popular opinions on the songs, or at worst they just describe the song in one sentence, while from the other two websites' lists I can perfectly understand and feel why the authors enjoy the songs so much, even if I disagree. From Rolling Stone I don't get that much enthusiasm.

And I have no idea why I couldn't find an audio sample to track 6. Then again, I never heard of that song before.
