Basketball
Basketball is a sport played by two teams of five players on a rectangular court. The objective is to shoot a ball through a hoop 18 inches in diameter and 10 feet high mounted to a backboard at each end. Imagine trying to catch the ball without your arms! The only way you could is if you tried to squeeze it between your head and the area where your neck and chest meet. Also, trying to run up the court and defending someone would be pretty hard. If he or she shoots or passes, you would have to use your body and head to defend against them and could get hit in the head.
I'd be laughing so hard if someone tried to do this.
I need my hands to do everything. I'm not even allowed to use my feet.
Gymnastics
Gymnastics is a sport involving the performance of exercises requiring strength, flexibility, balance and control. You can't really pull off an organized floor routine without using your arms. I've seen girls do gymnastics without using their arms, and it looks extremely difficult.
It's impossible to do gymnastics without your arms. It's just impossible.
You can't do any of the apparatuses without your arms!
Auto Racing
I guess I'll have to drive with my feet.
Horse Back Riding
Today, my instructor made me do a course with one hand, and I'm at a very high level (no offense. I'm really trying not to brag). I had to do the jump like six times because I couldn't steer my horse to the jump.
This is very dangerous, especially if the horse is running.
Golf
Golf is a club and ball sport in which players use various clubs to hit balls into a series of holes from a range of 80 to 600 yards on a course in as few strokes as possible. I'll just use my mouth.
Ice Hockey
Ice hockey is a contact team sport played on ice, usually in a rink, in which two teams of skaters use their sticks to shoot a vulcanized rubber puck into their opponent's net to score points. Hockey in general is dangerous. Playing without your hands is just asking for death.
I bet some Canadian tried to show off and broke a few ribs while trying to do this.
It would be like doing karate on ice.
Football
American football is a sport played by two teams of eleven players on a rectangular field with goalposts at each end. The game now revolves around throwing and getting the ball down the field. Without using your hands, you could not score.
If it's American football, it's hard, but if it's soccer, it's a little easier.
Swimming
Swimming is an individual or team sport and activity. Competitive swimming is one of the most popular Olympic sports, with events in freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly. This would be very deadly. You could drown.
Baseball
Baseball is a bat-and-ball game played between two teams of nine players each who take turns batting and fielding. I've heard of a guy who played baseball with one arm before, but I can't see it happening with no arms.
It is the hardest because it isn't even possible.
I wonder how this would work.
Cricket
Cricket is a bat-and-ball game played between two teams of eleven players on a cricket field, at the centre of which is a rectangular 22-yard-long pitch with a wicket, a set of three wooden stumps sited at each end.

Volleyball
Volleyball is a team sport in which two teams of six players are separated by a net. Each team tries to score points by grounding a ball on the other team's court under organized rules. How is volleyball not number 1? I mean, you literally can't do a single thing without arms unless you get super lucky and use your foot or head every time. This should be number 1. I've seen people with little stubs as arms being able to score amazing threes in basketball online, but volleyball is so fast-paced that it's physically impossible to play without arms. I think tennis should be higher up as well.
I'll just use my head and pray to the dear lord I don't get a concussion.
Boxing
Boxing is a martial art and combat sport in which two people wearing protective gloves throw punches at each other for a predetermined set of time in a boxing ring..
Lacrosse
Lacrosse is a contact team sport played between two teams using a small rubber ball and a long-handled stick called a crosse or lacrosse stick. Okay, how would you even hold the stick and run? This should be higher on the list for sure!
This should be higher on the list. How do you even play without hands?
How do you even play without your hands?
Tennis
Tennis is a racket sport that can be played individually against a single opponent or between two teams of two players each. You need to use your hands to hold the racket. In fact, any racket sport would be hard.
Wrestling
Wrestling is a combat sport involving grappling type techniques such as clinch fighting, throws and takedowns, joint locks, pins and other grappling holds. Just think, what could be harder? You're not taking anyone down in this sport. Heck, any sport!

Muggle Quidditch
It's not possible because it literally requires you to have one hand on your broomstick at all times. Not to mention the fact that you have to grab and throw multiple different types of balls, plus the snitch. You just aren't going to do it.
Cycling
Softball
You need your arms for everything in softball - you need to bat and field. It's impossible to play softball without arms.
