Imagine trying to catch the ball without your arms! The only way you could is if you tried to squeeze it between your head and the area where your neck and chest meet. Also, trying to run up the court and defending someone would be pretty hard. If he or she shoots or passes, you would have to use your body and head to defend against them and could get hit in the head.

I'd be laughing so hard if someone tried to do this.

I need my hands to do everything. I'm not even allowed to use my feet.

Today, my instructor made me do a course with one hand, and I'm at a very high level (no offense. I'm really trying not to brag). I had to do the jump like six times because I couldn't steer my horse to the jump.

This is very dangerous, especially if the horse is running.

How is volleyball not number 1? I mean, you literally can't do a single thing without arms unless you get super lucky and use your foot or head every time. This should be number 1. I've seen people with little stubs as arms being able to score amazing threes in basketball online, but volleyball is so fast-paced that it's physically impossible to play without arms.
