Incredibly overrated by its fanbase (ESPECIALLY with the whole "Rocko being overshadowed by Ren & Stimpy" situation becoming somewhat reversed over the years, albeit MORE than rightfully so) but still absolutely phenomenal nonetheless (seriously, if you haven't binge-watched this entire series from start to finish yet, especially in its uncut form, you haven't LIVED yet as far as Nickelodeon is concerned)
