straight out of compton is the most hardcore and true songs of nwa's legacy
Ultimately the best NWA song of all time, Ice Cube killed it!
Ice Cube tell 'em where you're from!
Great beat, classic NWA. Hardcore too.V16 Comments
The most real song made by NWA. Telling the story of what it truly was to be a African American in compton during this time and also the problem of racial profiling
One of the most angry and controversial songs in history, this was the song that put the group on the map as well as getting them a warning letter from the F.B.I. the song opens with the killer flow of Ice Cube going against the L.A.P.D. next Ren goes in with his vigorous flow targeting the police as racist and unfair, then closing with Eazy's killer flow humiliating the police all over.
Thank you for your own risk and achieve objectives and is not a good day
I like this one is better then boneV7 Comments
This song, unlike the groups tracks puts away the violent and vulgar lyrics and just straight up tells you to be how you want to be. This was Dr. Dre's first solo rap featured on the 'Straight Outta Compton' album. This song is a feel good track that you can't help but sing along to. Undoubtedly one of the groups best tracks.
THESE OTHER SONGS ARE THREATENING LOL, STILL LEGENDARY BUT
ANYWAY THIS IS THE BEST
I LOVE THE BEAT IN THIS AND ICE CUBE, DR DRE RAPPING
there best piece ever!
amazing lyrics, great inspiring song, gets you in a good mood - roblistV3 Comments
This track is one of the groups greatest with a great catchy hook that gets you hyped. The song features cube showing off his brilliant lyrical credibility and skills, the song ends with Eazy-E closing with a smooth and easy flow. This was track three on Straight Outta Compton.V3 Comments
This was the groups lead track for their EP right after Cube left and having awesome verses from Dre, Ren and Eazy talking all the usual controversial hardcore rap lyrics tearing up the song. It was also placed on the groups greatest hits.
A very catchy and well produced rap song
Best song they did after Ice Cube's departure
I play this song every time I'm on the treadmill - McgillacuddyV2 Comments
A bass heavy track written by Ice Cube, featuring verses from Cube and closed by Eazy. The track refers to Eazy's former job of crack dealing and talks about the way crack on the streets L. A is.
Well I'm the dopeman yeah boy wear corduroy money up to here but unemployed eazys part is my favorite in this songV2 Comments
The most autobiographical track that the group ever cut and I must say that it is a great one
Remix of one of N.W. A's first songs, this is maybe the best storytelling rap they've ever done, with cube writting lyrics for this easy-e solo track explaining life in the hood one of their best.V2 Comments
This should be WAY higher, some of Dre's best producing ever, and also one of the first tracks to use the "G Funk" beat
I was expecting this to be #1, Seems like too many lil Wayne fans are voting here.
HOW IS THIS 12 I think it is better than express yourself - LegitGames12
Dre Is Good Ren Is Great But Eazy Kills - LegitGames12
Raw Production & Raw Rap styles
Dr. Dre was at his peak of production before he started using ghost producers. MC Ren's best was in this album & Eazy E hit his stride as an MC. Actually writing more of his own. Eazy E Was at his best on this album & the following album & E.P. after.
Even with out Ice Cube EFIL4ZAGGIN was great.
Also it should get bonus points for being over 2 decades old it is hands down the best hip hop track in GTAV.
This was Ren's solo track spitting fire all the way through, featuring the memorable hook 'If It Ain't Ruff, It ain't me'. It was featured on the groups debut album Straight Outta Compton was produced by Dr. Dre.V1 Comment
I Like the song very much, because the whole Group raps in it with an nice Flow and the beat is also very nice and stimuating, exspecially the breaks sometimes.
The Piano at the end of the song gives it a very good chillout ending.
This should be much higher on the List.
The groups comeback single after reforming a few years after the death of Eazy. This song opens with a killer hook then continuing with verses from Cube, Ren, Dre and Snoop Dogg. This song was going to be featured on the groups cancelled 'Not These N***** Again' album.V3 Comments
