The channel is owned by YTV Canada, a wholly owned subsidiary of Corus Entertainment. Who would like "In the Night Garden", "Play with me Sesame", "Mike the Knight", or "Octonauts". Well, all of them are on this channel.

YTV is a Canadian English-language Category A cable and satellite television specialty channel that is owned by Corus Entertainment. AKA The Canadian Nickelodeon. Home of horrible shows like "Almost Naked Animals", "Breadwinners", and "Sanjay and Craig". The only reason it's not so high is because of the great movie selection.
Teletoon is a Canadian English-language Category A specialty channel owned by Corus Entertainment that broadcasts animated programming. Brought us Johnny Test. That right there is enough for it to be in this list. And don't get me started on their "Teletoon at Night". Anyways, Teletoon in Canada (specifficaly Quebec) is the Canadian Cartoon Network. Thank god there's no Uncle Grandpa.

CBC News is the division of the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation responsible for the news gathering and production of news programs on the corporation's English-language operations, namely CBC Television, CBC Radio, CBC News Network, and CBC.ca. They must change the name. Try "liberal paid propaganda channel". They are the worst but not alone. 85% of legacy mainstream media is left bias, they promote the government/corporate narrative and many receive government funding. It is a desperate dying industry and rightly so. Find independent journalists and conversation podcasts and learn to discern credible media sources news. Do it for yourself before it's too late. Encourage and enlighten your neighbors and friends. Seriously, Canada in 2023 has now had eight years of the most unethical corrupt incompetent government in history. WHY? Our citizens have voted this arrogant narcissist into power in three elections. It is pathetic that we are so ignorant and ill formed.
The cbc has been a garbage dump for many years. It is funded by the government and is obviously a propaganda outlet for government narrative. It has little credibility but sadly it is so dominant due to the massive government funding that it is watched by many who sadly believe.
