Top Ten Reasons to Love Mabel Pines

Mabel Pines was originally my least favorite character in Gravity Falls, but to say that she grew on me would be an understatement! She is now one of my favorite characters.

1. She's a good friend

   She treats all of her friends with kindness and respect.

2. She's funny

   She never fails to make me laugh with all of the funny and random things she says!

3. She wears a variety of different sweaters

   Many characters in cartoons are seen with the same outfit every episode. Mabel has a variety of outfits, which I think is cool.

4. She's true to herself

   She stays true to her quirky personality.

5. She's virtually always happy

   She's basically never sad, and if I turn on Gravity Falls while sad, she cheers me up!

6. She has a grappling hook

   Who doesn't love a good grappling hook? It's a creative and cool weapon.

7. She's loyal

   She is loyal to everyone around her, especially Dipper and her two best friends, Candy and Grenda.

8. She's creative

   She always thinks outside of the box and figures out how to get out of sticky situations in fun ways.

9. She has a pet pig

   Waddles! I love pigs, and Waddles is no exception.

10. She's an amazing sister

    She and Dipper get along amazingly for the most part. I wish I could say the same about my own brother...
