Harry Potter

When you watch/read this series, you will absolutely fall in love with this world that J.K Rowling carefully put together. Most of my friends have been nagging me to read this series, saying these books are more than amazing. I decided to read Harry Potter, to see if what people are saying about this is true. And boy, they were more than amazing. I fell in love with the books. I admit I became a little obsessed with the books, but I'm not ashamed of it. I have watched all of the films after reading the books, and even convinced my family to watch along with me. They all said the Harry Potter series is fantastic! They loved it! I was so happy that they loved it, that I could finally have someone to relate to and talk to about this wonderful series, besides my friends. It makes me so excited and cheerful that books and movies can really make you feel all these wonderful emotions just filling you up inside. It also makes me happy to see that others are happy. Wow...I absolutely love your ...more

Harry Potter is by far the best series I have ever read. I immediately fell in love with the characters and I found it very entertaining. It almost makes you wonder if it IS real. If there really is a wizarding world out there. The characters have realistic qualities, and they grow throughout the series. I loved watching all of the characters mature. They had a realistic teen faze, and they had problems. They weren't perfect, and they had many struggles as characters should. I loved the love story between Harry and Ginny, and Ron and Hermione, (even if Hermione and Harry totally should have ended up together). I do enjoy Percy Jackson very much, but Harry Potter is more complex and enjoyable. This was the series that got me starting to like reading, and it will always be my favorite. The way that Rowling wrote suck a realistic fantasy is amazing and truly mind blowing. The power of this series is beyond that of any other and I really hope it continues. I don't think that it is over, ...more

There is no doubt in my mind that Harry Potter is the best series (both movie and book) of all time. It has managed to capture the hearts of generations young and old, and offers both giddy glee to its younger readers and a nuanced, meaningful plot that can be enjoyed by adults. J.K. Rowling essentially was the reason that many kids in the 90s and 2000s, and beyond wanted to read. I still have vivid memories of waiting to hear my parents go downstairs after bedtime so I could turn on my nightlight and read the book for hours on end. In second grade, my friend and I were so into the series that we would often get in trouble for reading while the teacher was teaching. Even into young adulthood, I still enjoy the series, and am still moved to tears every time I read the sequence between Dumbledore and Snape about sacrificing Harry, among a few others. It is not arguable that Harry Potter is the best series of all time, and will likely hold this title for centuries to come.

The best series ever! J. K Rowling has managed to create amazing characters and built and interesting AMAZING captivating plot throughout the books. The books are filled with humor. Teaches us about friendship, love, courage. I've been loving the series since the start and will love it till the end :)
P.S. my favorite character is Hermione :) she's amazing. I wish I were more like her.

Harry Potter is the best! Just about everybody I know is familiar with the incredible characters, world, and stories JK Rowling created. The books are just unbelievably amazing. They have incredible characters, jaw-dropping action, lots of suspense, heartbreaking moments to make even the toughest grown man cry, and hilarious wit. But the main reason why Harry Potter is the best is because tons of people grew up with Harry, Ron, Hermione, and the rest in a way that no series will ever be able to top. Series like Twilight, Percy Jackson, and The Hunger Games all bow down to the brilliance of Harry Potter.

I started reading Harry Potter in 2017, and never had watched a movie nor really been into Harry Potter. From the second I started the second chapter of Harry Potter and the Philospher's stone, I knew this would be my favorite book series and storyline ever and I've been completely right. Best plot twist, plot lines, best characters and best writing style combined in one series. Believe me when I tell you (especially since I started reading the Harry Potter series in the age of 17) Harry Potter is not (only) for children. And its not only about magical and fantasy, it is way deeper- its about love, friendship, courage and even goes a bit into the historical direction (I wont spoiler ). So, first place is sooo deserved

Harry Potter has become my life. If one day I see a Hogwarts letter arrive late in my mailbox I will die of happiness. Everyday I daydream of what it would be like to go to Hogwarts and meet friends and learn to tame my magical abilities, because I think everyone that's ever read these books has the same dream as I do and everyone that hasn't just doesn't know how much they need this yet.

Harry Potter is the BEST series EVER I really loved it the only sad thing was the many deaths and the end. I was DEVASTATED when I finished the last book knowing I would NEVER read ANYTHING better I personally got teary eyed at the thought finally I did read some other AMAZING series but sadly they were NOWHERE near as AMAZING as this series

This book made my life. I can't express how magical the experience of reading this book has been for me.. It felt as if I was Harry Potter! The book has been written in such a good way that it describes each emotion perfectly. I love this book and it will always be #1 for me!

This is personally my favorite book series, out of all the book series I have ever read. I love books and read a lot of different series but I am absolutely in love with this one. I love the excitement and unpredictable twist in these books. If I had to suggest a series to someone I would suggest this one.

THIS. IS. AMAZING. It has a very, very complex yet amazing storyline which will get you amazed and confunded (heh, get it? No? ) at the same time. The characters are so meaningful, so deep. This series is near to my heart and I will never forget this incredible trilogy. Like fantasy with realistic twists? Like funny but gripping plots? Like a whole fictional world which is complicated yet so interesting? Then these are the books for you! This will become a part of you forever. You will wait for your hogwarts acceptance letter, and cry when it doesn't arrive. The characters stand with you through thick and thin, through happy and sad times. J.K Rowling is a genius and is amazing to create this incredible book series. - HufflepuffGeekGirl

This series have the best books I have read in my life! I totally recommend this book to any body! It has adventure, action, and more! Also the title of the book does not lie! It has all kinds of twists and turns with a really good amount of suspense and the books makes you want to read more!

This is my childhood. This is also the work of someone who's mind could create an entirely different world. Harry Potter is the best series, with complex themes and it brings complex emotions. Anyone who compares it to Divergent and Percy Jackson are funny.

It was a way for me to go somewhere else and help me go into a different genre than my norm. It was a bit out of my comfort zone at first but then I fell in love with the series. It was the series that got me into the fantasy genre and I'm thankful for that.

The best series ever. You can literally go in the story and travel with the characters. Honestly, I was disappointed on my eleventh birthday when my Hogwarts letter didn't arrive. This is the kind of book for all ages and for everyone. No one can beat Harry Potter!

If I had to choose one book series to read and re-read for the rest of my life, it would be an easy choice for me. The Harry Potter book series is phenomenal! Whether you are 9 or 90, you will love these books. The wonderful, wizarding fantasy world that is Harry Potter is so easy to just fall into and love. If you have read them, you will understand and if you haven't, well... What are you waiting for?

Greatest series of all times... I would have surely regretted to die before reading them... Thanks for introducing me to a world beyond my expectations... I felt like covering every inch of Hogwarts with all the characters...

When I was first recommended to read Harry Potter I rejected. Once I started I couldn't put the book down. I wanted to finish it, but I didn't want the book to end. Harry Potter till the very end... Always.

This series has had such an impact on so many age groups. It's so great it has people wishing themselves into the world of harry. Heck it has my mom waiting for her hogwarts letter

I re-read it all the time, much more value than nostalgia. Amazing characters, life lessons, twists, descriptions that make you feel like you're there, and so much more. Perfect in every way, especially the Prisoner of Azkaban.

This is the most amazing book series I have ever read. The films are fantastic too. You can never put one of the books down when you start reading it. It a very exciting storyline, you'll never know what happens next in the book.

Oh please oh please oh please J.K Rowling! Make another book! What do you want? More money? More fans? More shelter for your family? A pen? Double protection? My soul? Please, this book completed my childhood...not really. But it was my favorite book when I was young and I've already read the series three times. That's not that much compared to most people or potterheads. Thumbs up if you want another book. - DisneyFreak

The BEST book series. Recommended for kids and adults. There are interesting characters, ones that wear lion hats, have a lighting bolt scar, buck teeth, and ones that like to say, "bloody hell" a lot. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Dear God.
Dear God.

Quite how J.K.Rowling managed to create such a pure, brilliant series. I knew that from my first glance at The Philosopher's Stone, that my life was going to change. And boy was I right. I was with Harry as he was bullied by the Dursleys, hopped on the Express for the first time, got sorted into Gryffindor, beat up a troll in the bathroom and argued with Snape. I was with him when he opened the Chamber of Secrets, met Sirius, got kissed by Hermione. All of that right up until Voldemort's death and the sendoff at the platform nineteen years later. I have reread the Potter series fourteen times at the last count and remain hopelessly in love with all of the wizarding world. Just remember, as you leave childhood and leave the series behind, Hogwarts will be with you always. No matter what.

Not only do you get to see Harry's "saving the world" life, but we can also view him as an actual person. Some of the deaths were heart-breaking and I couldn't stop reading this! Well done!
