No question it is "Wilson's Heart" when Amber dies. The quality of that show almost equaled the intensity of Nypd Blue when Sipowicz son dies, and when Simone dies, or when Adrianna bought it on The Soprano's. Excellent acting, and story structure. "House" peaked here, and was never the same after that!.
