In my opinion Bubbles deserves to be the best female character on cartoon network. Because people like other characters there exist everywhere, but Bubbles personality is very rare. And characters like her is very very rare. Pretty and kind, a wonderful combination. Gentle little blonde girl, ah a dream. *-*
Why the hell is she on the list? She's a annoying high pitch crybaby who cries every season and I see nothing cute OR beautiful about her. Her eyes are bigger then her face.
She is cute and lovely. I wonder what she would look like if she had a white skirt, Mary Jane show and a white flower on her head. Not to get married but just wondering.
-
Raven - Teen Titans
She has such a dark and deep past but that still doesn't stop her from helping people. She was destined to do something evil but she still tried so hard to do her best and do the right thing. She is the most powerful and complicated member of the team.
She's very strong for a female superhero and have the coolest power.
She's a really dark and cool character

She is way better than Mandy. No offense to people who like Mandy, but she is just way too overrated and not really funny, but I don't really dislike her, shes okay but just not very special or interesting. Buttercup is actually funny and cute and she is so tough that she even destroys villians in one punch sometimes and she is not overrated. In fact, she is the most hated PPG.
She is deserving to be the best female cartoon character because she is strong and brave not like any other!
I know she is already on the list, but her name is mispelled, so I will add her correct name.

She is amazing and so powerful. She is an alien struggling to learn the ways of the earth and her character is so deep. She is beautiful completely.

Marceline is pretty much the main reason I kept watching adventure and allowed me to get through that show's firsts seasons. Not only is she a pretty cool character, but her talent as a singer is unparalleled, placing every episode she sings among the most memorable ones. There might be a lot of things that makes Adventure Times as wildly popular as it is, but I believe Marceline is among the main reasons this show is so beloved.
How come this girl ain't at number 1. Without her on this show, I would probably hate it. Out of all my favorite characters, she is number 1. I'm also really really obsessed with her. I'm NOT JOKING!

I really have to wonder why Blossom isn't as popular/beloved as her sisters. She deserves as much admiration!
Blossom is more of the big sister (aka the leader) of the trio, not a bossy jerk like some people believe.

She is my favorite super villain. She started out doing something reasonable and good but turned evil for love. She saw the joker in a light no one else saw him in and she always seems so see people from a different perspective. You also begin to feel sorry for her as she needs the joker but the joker I just constantly using her. I was so happy when she was able to move on with cat woman and poison ivy.
-
Patsy Smiles - Camp Lazlo
I love Patsy Smiles. No lie, she is definitely the prettiest of the squirrel scouts! Daughter of Commander Hoo Ha? (could be adoption) But hey she's got his strength. She plays a great supporting role in the series and displays great personality for her kind of character. Best of all, her love interest for Lazlo makes it all the merrier by showing how much she really likes him.

I love pearl, she has so much character, she's a great mother figure to steven and like other normal people she has flaws like when sometimes she just want to do what she thought was right, but she just want the best for everyone especially steven. She is also shown to care most for steven among the crystal gems and sometimes completely goes bonkers when steven is hurt or in danger(you can't blame her, she justs want to protect her baby and keep him from harm) she just cares too much for steven, you can't be mad at her for than
