Top 10 Strongest Cartoon Characters from Cartoon Network

Some characters lift cars. Others lift cities. And then there are those who could probably bench press reality if it got on their nerves.

Cartoon Network may have a colorful lineup, but don't let the bright palettes fool you. Behind the giggles and gags are some seriously overpowered characters. We're talking beings who warp time, punch holes in space, or just go full kaiju before breakfast. Some are born with gifts. Others got zapped, cursed, trained, or mutated into walking natural disasters. And a few? They're just angry. All the time.

This list is where you get to decide who truly runs the multiverse. Is it the psychic goth with a volcano's worth of emotional baggage? The shape-shifting tween who's basically a Swiss Army knife of destruction? Or the deceptively calm cat mom who could body slam a bulldozer if someone messes with her kids?

The Top Ten
  1. Raven (Teen Titans)

Raven is a fictional superheroine appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics. She first appeared in a special insert in DC Comics Presents #26 in October 1980 and was created by writer Marv Wolfman and artist George Pérez. Raven is a founding member of the New Teen Titans and is known for... read more

Not only is she the most powerful CN character, she's also my favorite of the Titans, tied with Robin. While the extremely infamous reboot (which is decent in my opinion) turned her into a brony, the same goes for that show too.

Bruh, Uncle Grandpa not included? He literally is the most powerful being in the multiverse.

Well, I don't really think she is the most powerful hero, but she's still okay enough.

  2. Nicole Watterson (The Amazing World of Gumball)

Nicole Watterson is a character from the animated series The Amazing World of Gumball. She is the mother of Gumball Watterson and his siblings, Anais and Darwin. Nicole is known for being a strict but loving parent who works as a bookkeeper to support the family.... read more

A powerful anthropomorphic cartoon feline mom that can break the physics of her show to get her kids to do her will (including her husband, a pink rabbit).

She can snap and shake the earth with no powers whatsoever. Fym, she's second place.

The toughest mom in all cartoons and better than all moms in other cartoons.

  3. Buttercup (The Powerpuff Girls)

Buttercup is one of the three main characters in the animated show The Powerpuff Girls. She was created by Craig McCracken in 1992 and is easily recognized by her short black hair, green eyes, and green dress.

She is known as the "toughest fighter" among the trio for her aggressive personality... read more

Buttercup should be number 1. I mean, she killed a giant gorilla with one punch, no weapons, no one to help her, just herself, as shown in the movie. She can make people and monsters bleed easily, in only a few punches or maybe even one.

She makes villains bleed. Just watch the intro. She lifted up Him as a giant, slammed him from side to side, and beat up tons of giant spiders in a few seconds, as shown in Power Noia.

  4. Garnet (Steven Universe)

Garnet is a fictional character from the 2013 animated series Steven Universe, created by Rebecca Sugar. She is the fused form of Ruby and Sapphire.

Garnet, along with the other Crystal Gems, deeply cares for Steven and looks after him. She serves as a mother figure to him.... read more

The leader of the Crystal Gems. I love her. Tough outside, sweet inside. She's perfect. Despite the fact that she is a fusion, seriously, how awesome is she? The Crystal Gems would never be complete without the "muscle" of the team.

  5. Starfire (Teen Titans)

Starfire is the name of several fictional characters appearing in books published by DC Comics. The most notable incarnation is Princess Koriand'r, also known as Kory Anders, an alien superheroine who debuted in 1980. Created by Marv Wolfman and George Pérez, she possesses Tamaranean physiology that... read more

She's literally an alien with powers better than Superman, and she has no weaknesses. She's insanely powerful but a bit clueless in some of the other versions of Teen Titans.

Starfire has six stomachs. She is also powerful.

  6. Johnny Bravo (Johnny Bravo)

  7. Blossom (The Powerpuff Girls)

Blossom is the leader of The Powerpuff Girls and one of the three main protagonists of the show. The strongest Powerpuff Girl ever!

  8. Skips (Regular Show)

Skips, formerly known as Walks, is one of the seven main characters in Regular Show. He is an immortal yeti who works at the park as a groundskeeper. He helps Benson a lot, and fixes many of Mordecai and Rigby's mistakes. He is very wise and has knowledge of many unknown things due to his immortality... read more

  9. Samurai Jack (Samurai Jack)

"Jack," also known as Samurai Jack, is the alias of a Japanese warrior who is the main character in the animated series Samurai Jack. The character's real name is never revealed in the show. He is voiced by actor Phil LaMarr throughout the series.

Samurai Jack is the strongest Cartoon Network character for a multitude of reasons. First, he is trained in multiple fighting styles. Second, he has the will to travel back to the past to fight Aku, a demon shapeshifter.

In one episode, Samurai Jack traveled to the same place where the Powerpuff Girls lived, and it was in ruins because Aku had killed them. Ice Bear is no match for Samurai Jack. Samurai Jack just has to chop Bismuth's gem and defeat her. Blackfire is evil, so one hit with his katana would defeat her. Skips is an ape, so he is not a match for Samurai Jack.

Cyborg and Raven may be the only threats, but seeing as Cyborg is a machine like Samurai Jack has dealt with his whole life, that's just another day in fighting for him. Raven is good but possesses evil, so again, one hit with his katana and Raven would have trouble fighting him. Nicole Watterson is a cat who is no match for a samurai, and the rest, Jack could destroy.

  10. Ben Tennyson (Ben 10)

When his universe was destroyed, he basically made an exact copy, except for his favorite drinks from a food chain on Earth. He later went back in time to make sure the Big Bang was not stopped by a villain and used another alien known as Feedback to hold and contain the Big Bang instead of using Alien X accidentally.

But it worked, and he easily handled it, letting it be properly released to create his universe by returning it to the 5th-dimensional creatures who were about to create the universe.

Plus, Ben 10 can just copy the DNA of any living thing. When he does, the watch perfects the DNA, creating the most perfect and healthy form of the species or whatever evolved form the species can achieve. If your body becomes 20 times more durable and you can rip apart mountains, it's a mutation, and it will reflect in the DNA when scanned. Ben could just rescan if the species mutates again with more useful traits.

Alien X can do anything. There are over 1 million species of great use in the watch, and it just gets more over time through scanning. Also, Ben 10 has amazing cognitive abilities. Whenever he tries new aliens out, he knows how to use all of them like he's lived as that species his whole life and trained for conflict. He also has the ability to combine aliens.

  15. Rolf (Ed, Edd n Eddy)

  16. Ed (Ed, Edd n Eddy)

Ed is one of the three main characters in the Canadian-American animated television series Ed, Edd n Eddy. He is the strongest and least intelligent member of the Eds. Ed is known for his simple-mindedness, immense strength, and love of comic books and monster movies.

He literally ate a slide because he had a pebble in his shoe. I am also under the firm belief he is not intelligent enough to process pain.

  17. Cyborg (Teen Titans)

Cyborg is a fictional superhero featured in American comic books published by DC Comics. His real name is Victor Stone, and he was created by writer Marv Wolfman and artist George Pérez. He also worked for his worst enemy just to save his friends. If he's not strong, I don't know what is.

  24. Rex Salazar (Generator Rex)

  25. The Lich (Adventure Time)
