Top Ten Strongest Cartoon Characters from Cartoon Network

The Top Ten
Raven Raven is a fictional superheroine appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics. The character first appeared in a special insert in DC Comics Presents #26, and was created by writer Marv Wolfman and artist George Pérez.

Not only is she the most powerful CN character, she's also my favorite of the Titans, tied with Robin. While the extremely infamous reboot (which is decent in my opinion) turned her into a brony, the same goes for that show too.

Bruh, Uncle Grandpa not included? He literally is the most powerful being in the multiverse.

Well, I don't really think she is the most powerful hero, but she's still okay enough.

Nicole Watterson

A powerful anthropomorphic cartoon feline mom that can break the physics of her show to get her kids to do her will (including her husband, a pink rabbit).

She can snap and shake the earth with no powers whatsoever. Fym, she's second place.

The toughest mom in all cartoons and better than all moms in other cartoons.

Buttercup Buttercup is the one of the three main characters in the show The Powerpuff Girls. She was first created by Craig McCracken in 1992. She has short raven hair and green eyes with a green dress. She is known as the "toughest fighter" for her tomboyish attitude, being aggressive, and her love for fighting... read more

Buttercup should be number 1. I mean, she killed a giant gorilla with one punch, no weapons, no one to help her, just herself, as shown in the movie. She can make people and monsters bleed easily, in only a few punches or maybe even one.

She makes villains bleed. Just watch the intro. She lifted up Him as a giant, slammed him from side to side, and beat up tons of giant spiders in a few seconds, as shown in Power Noia.

Garnet Garnet is a fictional character from the 2013 animated series Steven Universe, created by Rebecca Sugar.

The leader of the Crystal Gems. I love her. Tough outside, sweet inside. She's perfect. Despite the fact that she is a fusion, seriously, how awesome is she? The Crystal Gems would never be complete without the "muscle" of the team.

Starfire Starfire is the name of several fictional comic book characters appearing in books published by DC Comics.

She's literally an alien with powers better than Superman, and she has no weaknesses. She's insanely powerful but a bit clueless in some of the other versions of Teen Titans.

Starfire has six stomachs. She is also powerful.

Johnny Bravo
Blossom Blossom is the leader of The Powerpuff Girls and one of the three main protaganists of the show. She was created in 1992 by Craig McCracken. She has long, red hair up in a ponytail with a giant red bow, pink eyes, pink dress with black belt, and white socks with Mary Jane shoes. She is intelligent,... read more

The strongest Powerpuff Girl ever!

Skips
Samurai Jack "Jack" (also known as Samurai Jack or simply The Samurai) is the alias taken by a Japanese warrior (with an unknown birth name) who acts as the titular protagonist of the cartoon Samurai Jack. Throughout the series, he is voiced by Phil LaMarr.

Samurai Jack is the strongest Cartoon Network character for a multitude of reasons. First, he is trained in multiple fighting styles. Second, he has the will to travel back to the past to fight Aku, a demon shapeshifter.

In one episode, Samurai Jack traveled to the same place where the Powerpuff Girls lived, and it was in ruins because Aku had killed them. Ice Bear is no match for Samurai Jack. Samurai Jack just has to chop Bismuth's gem and defeat her. Blackfire is evil, so one hit with his katana would defeat her. Skips is an ape, so he is not a match for Samurai Jack.

Cyborg and Raven may be the only threats, but seeing as Cyborg is a machine like Samurai Jack has dealt with his whole life, that's just another day in fighting for him. Raven is good but possesses evil, so again, one hit with his katana and Raven would have trouble fighting him. Nicole Watterson is a cat who is no match for a samurai, and the rest, Jack could destroy.

Ben Tennyson

When his universe was destroyed, he basically made an exact copy, except for his favorite drinks from a food chain on Earth. He later went back in time to make sure the Big Bang was not stopped by a villain and used another alien known as Feedback to hold and contain the Big Bang instead of using Alien X accidentally.

But it worked, and he easily handled it, letting it be properly released to create his universe by returning it to the 5th-dimensional creatures who were about to create the universe.

Plus, Ben 10 can just copy the DNA of any living thing. When he does, the watch perfects the DNA, creating the most perfect and healthy form of the species or whatever evolved form the species can achieve. If your body becomes 20 times more durable and you can rip apart mountains, it's a mutation, and it will reflect in the DNA when scanned. Ben could just rescan if the species mutates again with more useful traits.

Alien X can do anything. There are over 1 million species of great use in the watch, and it just gets more over time through scanning. Also, Ben 10 has amazing cognitive abilities. Whenever he tries new aliens out, he knows how to use all of them like he's lived as that species his whole life and trained for conflict. He also has the ability to combine aliens.

The Newcomers

? Marceline Marceline the Vampire Queen is a fictional character in the American animated Cartoon Network television series Adventure Time, created by Pendleton Ward.

She's definitely in the top three. She can kill pretty much everybody above her.

She is the only one here who has a chance of beating the Justice League.

? Kevin
The Contenders
Rolf
Ed Ed is one of the three protagonists in the Canadian-American animated comedy television series Ed, Edd n Eddy. He is the strongest and the least intelligent member of the Eds.

He literally ate a slide because he had a pebble in his shoe. I am also under the firm belief he is not intelligent enough to process pain.

Blackfire Blackfire is a fictional character, a supervillain appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics. She is the older sister of the Teen Titans member Starfire and Omega Men member Ryand'r, the former of which is her archenemy.
Cyborg
Sarah (Ed Edd n Eddy)
Aku - Samurai Jack Aku is a fictional character and the main antagonist of Samurai Jack, an American animated television series created by Genndy Tartakovsky for Cartoon Network.

He's a cosmic horror with a super specific weakness. Even with his weakness in hand, Jack spent over fifty years trying to take him down, being evaded time and time again.

Bismuth
Superman Superman is a comic character. And probably the first powerful superhero in the fictional world. The character was created by writer Jerry Siegel and artist Joe Shuster, high school students living in Cleveland, Ohio, in 1933. It was published by DC comics. The first animated superhero movie was superman... read more

Superman is literally feared by the gods. The only way you could stop him is kryptonite.

Rex Salazar
The Lich The Lich (formerly named the Lich King in the original pitch and "His Hero," and referred to as Sweet Pig Trunks in his baby form, or just Sweet P for short) is a powerful undead being and a major antagonist in the American animated series Adventure Time.
Robin (Teen Titans) Robin, is a fictional superhero appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics, commonly in association with the superhero Batman.

Come on, people! He is one of the strongest human beings on Earth! He can lift up to three times his size! He's extremely athletic and strong. He holds the team together. Also, he is the one who helped Raven in "The End." He went to a literal hell to save her, which shows how thoughtful he is.

He also worked for his worst enemy just to save his friends. If he's not strong, I don't know what is.

Trigon Trigon is a demon, a comic book character published by DC Comics. He is one of the most powerful beings in the DC Universe, having enslaved many worlds.
Finn Finn "the Human Mertens" is a fictional character and the main protagonist of the American animated television series Adventure Time, created by Pendleton Ward. Finn starts as a childish and naive character but eventually grows into a mature and laid-back character in the show's later seasons... read more
Ice Bear (We Bare Bears) Ice Bear is one of the three main protagonists in the Cartoon Network show "We Bare Bears". He is known to have fairly short line starting with "Ice Bear", like: "Ice bear wants justice", "Ice Bear likes turtles", etc.
Bill Cipher

How is he not #1? He can travel through dimensions and shoot powerful beams, which is what killed the holder of time, Time Baby. He is pretty much all-knowing, he's a master of manipulation, is almost multiverse-level, and has so many powers!

I think the only person in cartoon history that might be able to beat Bill would be Uncle Grandpa. He's just a reality-bending god who can do literally anything. Uncle Grandpa has no limits.

Easily number 1. He is omnipotent, so he could effortlessly kill anybody here in an endless number of ways.
