Top 10 Funniest Cartoon Network Characters

The Top Ten
1 Ed (Ed, Edd n Eddy) Ed is one of the three protagonists in the Canadian-American animated comedy television series Ed, Edd n Eddy. He is the strongest and the least intelligent member of the Eds.

Ed will forever be the funniest Cartoon Network character ever conceived. With classic one-liners such as "I am a woodpecker! Except with dirt" and "We're going on a bus! We're going on a bus!", no one can hate this guy.

In a perfect world, Ed would be in all cartoon shows.

Ed is my all-time favorite cartoon network character. He deserves to be number one!

2 Daffy Duck (Looney Tunes) Daffy Duck is an animated cartoon character produced by Warner Bros. Styled as an anthropomorphic black duck, the character has appeared in cartoon series such as Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies, where he usually has been depicted as the best friend and occasional arch-rival of Bugs Bunny.
3 Johnny Bravo (Johnny Bravo)

Johnny Bravo is the funniest character around, especially in seasons two and three.

You think he got no problems with the ladies, but...

Bugs Bunny is the king of cartoons. He is always thinking of funny ways to trick others.

All I got to say is this: What's up, Doc?

5 Bloo (Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends) Bloo is one of many lovable and eccentric characters in Cartoon Networks "Fosters home for Imaginary Friends".

Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends was too long-running, but Bloo is just funny.

8 Billy (The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy)

I love the show and the character of Courage.

10 Pops (Regular Show)
The Contenders
11 Dee Dee (Dexter's Laboratory)
12 Chowder (Chowder)

Chowder is the funniest in the whole series, and that makes him number one. Ed is not that funny, and Chowder is extremely hilarious.

Chowder was always my favorite. I don't watch kid cartoons anymore, but I will always watch Chowder.

13 Jake the Dog (Adventure Time) Jake the Dog is, along with Finn the Human, a fictional character and one of the main cast in the American animated television series Adventure Time created by Pendleton Ward.
14 Rigby (Regular Show) Rigby is a character from the cartoon Regular Show created by JG Quintel. He's best friends with Mordecai (A talking Blue Jay). Together they slack around and have fun in the park. A place where they work and have the risk of being fired from.

Yeah, sure, he's an idiot and a jerk, but William Salyers' energy and timing as Rigby make him probably the funniest Cartoon Network character ever.

He is very funny, and his heart is usually in the right place. Usually.

15 Mordecai (Regular Show) Mordecai is one of the two main protagonists of Regular Show, along with his best friend Rigby. He made his debut in the non-canon short "2 in the AM PM" as a human cashier, who then morphs into a prototype Mordecai-like character with a fanny pack. He later makes his first official appearance in the... read more

When you think about it closely, the majority of people who watch CN these days are young kids. Original Robin was serious, GO! Robin is purposely trying to be funny.

She should be in the top ten. She is probably one of the funniest fictional characters to ever exist. How are Problem Solverz characters like Alfe funny? AnimeDrawer85

Funnier than Bubbles? How is Bubbles even funny? Buttercup is funnier. She made me laugh plenty of times.

She makes me laugh all the time because she's a troublemaker.
