Itachi Uchiha
Itachi Uchiha sacrificed his entire clan under orders from Konoha's leadership, living as a traitor to protect his younger brother, Sasuke. He died from illness after staging a final battle with Sasuke, revealing his true intentions only after death. He had to kill his own parents and his entire clan, and no clan feels more love than the Uchiha. How did he even bring himself to do it?
Gaara
Gaara's early life was filled with loneliness and pain as the host of the One-Tail, feared and rejected by his village. After being redeemed by Naruto's friendship, he became Kazekage but still carried the scars of his past.

Sasuke Uchiha
Sasuke's life was defined by the massacre of his clan at the hands of his brother, Itachi, driving him to seek vengeance. His path led him into darkness before eventually finding redemption after years of turmoil.
Obito Uchiha
Obito Uchiha's life was marked by tragedy, from being crushed under a boulder to losing his idealism after witnessing Rin's death. He ultimately became a major antagonist, manipulated by Madara, before redeeming himself through sacrifice. Saddest and most tragic, in my opinion. How can you live your life like this guy, who lost everything? I wouldn't survive a single second if I were in his shoes. He endured all the pain and humiliation of his injury, the death of a loved one, his resentment toward his sensei, and an unexpected broken promise from a comrade who had no control over fate. All this while coping with his ravaged body and a mind twisted by some old madman.
It's just too much for Obito, and no one is absolving him of his crimes. But his character made me love him for what he is and how relatable he became (kidding aside). He's someone who lost his way on the path of life. It's heartbreaking that everything fell apart for him, and he couldn't go back. The only path left for him was really too late for a second chance.
Shisui Uchiha
Shisui Uchiha, known for his powerful genjutsu, sacrificed himself to prevent a coup by the Uchiha clan. His death by suicide left his best friend, Itachi, to continue his mission, adding to the tragedy of his life.

Nagato, once an idealistic student of Jiraiya, became the leader of the Akatsuki after losing his friends and family in war. He sacrificed his life to resurrect the people he had killed in Konoha, seeking redemption for his actions.
Konan
Konan, one of the founding members of Akatsuki, followed Nagato's vision of peace but ultimately perished in a battle against Tobi. Her death signified the end of her dream for peace in the war-torn world.
Sasori (Akatsuki)
Sasori's path was shaped by the loss of his parents and his growing obsession with turning himself into a puppet to avoid pain. His inability to experience true emotions led him to a tragic end when he chose not to dodge a fatal blow.
Juzo Biwa
Juzo Biwa was a former member of the Seven Ninja Swordsmen of the Mist who defected from Kirigakure and later joined the Akatsuki. His life ended tragically during a mission when he was mortally wounded, leading to his death in battle.
