Top 10 Best Designed Female Characters
Female characters often have stunning character designs, so I decided to make a list of the best female character designs, not the best female characters. There's a difference.
A great female character is one you personally like, while a great female character design refers to the visual design of a character, regardless of whether you like the character itself. Because of this, some of my picks might be characters that are widely disliked. Consider yourself warned!

As much as I like Amy, her character design is not exactly the best. But I still like it. She is the sweetest girl in the Sonic franchise with her hair in a red hairband and her red dress. Also, she is pink. I really like the color pink, as long as it's not Majin Buu.

Princess Elise III (Sonic the Hedgehog)
Now I know that this is a very hated character, and this is what I meant in the description. I don't like Elise either. She's one of my most hated characters. But that doesn't stop me from liking her character design.
I know it's not as good as Zelda's or Peach's, but it's still good enough. I like her realistic look and her outfit.

Connie Maheswaran (Steven Universe)
-
Blaze the Cat (Sonic the Hedgehog)
One of the reasons I like Blaze is because of her character design. As Vanilla the Rabbit said, "She has an interesting purple outfit." She actually does, and I like her name too.
She is so adorable and pretty. It helps that she has cute little fangs and that she is a kitty cat.

Rouge is possibly the most feminine character in the Sonic franchise. She's the only character with eyeshadow. And I like her outfit.
Her design was better in Sonic Heroes, where her outfit was, I don't know, shinier.

Merlina (Sonic and the Black Knight)
Merlina may be a hated character, but her design is not as hated. I like how she holds that... thing. I don't know what it's called, but it's this golden thing she holds with a circular part. Look at her picture on the Sonic wiki and please tell me what it is.
Anyway, I also like her hair and how she tied it in two plaits. It's kind of like me when I was little.
