Deserves number one. At least she's tons more sexier and hotter than some of these jokesters (Lois Griffin? Minnie Mouse? Sandy Cheeks? "I smell furries" and PRINCESS PEACH in the top 10?! I don't think so!) on this screwed-up list.
Jessica Rabbit is great looking. She has curves, a nice face, big boobs, and is tall, with gorgeous red hair. She is a beauty and a sex symbol for all cartoons.
No arguing, Jessica Rabbit is the hottest. Sorry, Betty Boop and Hello Nurse, you girls are hot, but it is really hard to beat Jessica.

Lois Griffin is a very attractive woman. How Peter got her, I will never know. She is such a selfless and caring person, plus she is really funny and has a good sense of humor. She has a nice body, cute hair, and I love her makeup!
Only with longer hair, nicer clothes, and a less annoying voice!

Some characters on this list are not even hot. Don't you remember Space Jam when she gets into the court, and as a child, you know she's beautiful but not yet know why.
I loved the way she looked in the first Space Jam movie.
Lexi Bunny, the future Lola Bunny, is also hotter!

I reckon she's hot when she is in other outfits. The green dress isn't the hottest on her. But besides that, she's kind of hot, especially when she has her hair down.
The best-looking female on the Simpsons. I had a crush on her for a while there. Can you blame me?
When she has her hair down, she is hot as F.

Ok, I haven't figured out what I am yet (meaning am I gay, straight, bi, etc.), but I have to admit, while I don't have a crush on Catwoman, she definitely would be someone I wouldn't mind dating. I have to say I am a big fan of her relationship with Batman. It's so well developed and fun. I find Catwoman and Harley Quinn to be my two favorite DC villains.
Maybe not as hot as in Arkham City, but her animated counterpart sure does deserve some praise. We all found her totally hot even though she was completely covered the whole time. She was just that beautiful.

Francine Smith (American Dad!)
Francine Lee Smith is a fictional character on the animated series American Dad!. She is the wife of Stan Smith and the mother of Hayley and Steve. Francine is known for her eccentric personality and complex backstory, which often includes humorous references to her wild past.
A fine example of women way too good for the guys they married. This woman is a goddess. Why does she stay with that huge-chinned jerk who constantly takes her for granted, those two awful children that only Al Bundy would prefer over his own, and an unbalanced alien with a multi-personality disorder who may snap and kill them all at any minute? She deserves so much better.
And I can't figure why Lois outranks her either, let alone half these women. Some guys have fetishes for big triangular noses, small breasts, bad fashion sense, and annoying nasal voices, I guess.
Oh my God, she is very hot and sexy. She's literally my dream wife.
