Top 10 Most Annoying Disney Characters

Disney movies have captured the hearts of people of all ages since the first animated feature film, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, was released in 1937. With memorable characters, catchy songs, and captivating storylines, Disney has become an iconic part of popular culture. But as much as we love the House of Mouse, there are some characters that just make us cringe. You know the ones: the ones that make you want to throw your popcorn at the screen or fast forward through their scenes. These are the characters that we love to hate - the most annoying Disney characters.

From bumbling sidekicks to bratty princesses, Disney has given us a wide range of characters to love and loathe. But which ones really get under our skin?
The Top Ten
1 Mater (Cars) Tow Mater, or simply Mater, is a character in Cars and its sequels, Cars 2 and Cars 3 as well as Cars Toons. He is voiced by Larry the Cable Guy and inspired by a 1951 International Harvester tow truck.

This guy would fit much better in one of those unfunny Happy Madison comedies than in a Pixar film.

The most useless, pathetic, and annoying character to ever come out of Pixar, especially in Cars 2.

The closest thing Pixar has ever made to the Minions in terms of sheer annoyance.

2 Sharpay Evans (High School Musical)

Why did they think that she deserved her own movie? I mean, she's the worst character to ever come out of the "Wonderful World of Disney"!

Way more annoying than Candace Flynn.

What is the Difference between Sharpay and Candace they are both played by Ashley Tisdale

3 Anna Princess Anna of Arendelle is a fictional character who appears in Walt Disney Animation Studios' 53rd animated film Frozen.

I am gonna put it straight - Anna is SELFISH and SPOILED! She thinks she knows best, she doesn't appreciate Kristoff's help, she loves Hans but ignores Elsa and it was her own fault she froze at the end. In Frozen Fever, she is even more spoiled. She isn't grateful and I wished she remained Frozen.

At least the some of the other princesses tried to change their situations. Anna just waited for a Prince to show up.

Anna is WAY better than over-dramatic Elsa. I'm glad that she's the hero. Elsa is a complete and utter nightmare.

4 Mickey Mouse Mickey Mouse is a funny animal cartoon character and the official mascot of The Walt Disney Company. He was created by Walt Disney and Ub Iwerks at the Walt Disney Studios in 1928. The first cartoon featuring Mickey Mouse was the iconic "Steamboat Willie" released in the year 1928.

Mickey is corrupted and all he can think of for his company is remaking his greatest movies ever.

I know it's just an expression but Harry Thomas (an Irish critic) creates a better version of Mickey than this one.

I don't care WHAT you say about him being a classic, that doesn't mean he's not annoying.

To quote the Simpsons about Mickey, "My cartoons aren't good, they were just first! "

5 Chick Hicks
6 Snow White Snow White is a fictional character from Disney's first ever film, Snow White and the Seven Dwarves . She is Disney's first ever Disney Princess and is the only Disney Princess to have her own star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame .

And also the most useless princess in all of Disney aside from the otherwise less annoying and more attractive Aurora.

Fairest in the land my ass! That magic mirror on the Evil Queen's wall must've been made in China this whole time.

She's weak and just waits for her prince to come and save her. She doesn't do anything and yet loads of people somehow love her

7 Fifer the Pig (The Three Little Pigs Shorts)
8 Olaf Olaf the Snowman is a character from the 2013 animated film Frozen, produced by Walt Disney Animation Studios.

Every time Disney is given the opportunity to kill off this character, they simply shy away from doing so at the last minute. WHY?

This guy needs a nice long vacation down in either Africa or South America.

9 Clamantha (Fish Hooks)
10 Milo (Fishhooks)
The Contenders
11 Iago (Aladdin) Iago is a fictional supporting character who appears in Walt Disney Pictures' 31st animated feature film Aladdin, the direct-to-video sequels The Return of Jafar, Aladdin and the King of Thieves, and the television series.

His voice is like nails on a chalkboard.

Lagoon is so annoying his voice actor deserves death hoaxes for life

12 Vanellope von Schweetz

Way more annoying than Stitch. Literally the only thing that is remotely annoying about Stitch is how overrated his movie is compared to everything else that Disney released in the 2000s (except for Finding Nemo, which is arguably even more annoying and overrated than Lilo & Stitch).

Making the Disney Princesses dress like Fanny Flagg and act like Tumblrinas, being a terrible friend, and WANTING to live in a polluted crime ridden dump- what's not to not like?

Likable enough in the first movie, absolutely loathsome and detestable in the second.

13 Ariel Princess Ariel is a fictional character and the title character of Walt Disney Pictures' 28th animated film The Little Mermaid.

My mistake and my bad and my fault. Never mind. No hard feelings. I take back what I said myself about her being all shallow and adventitious and contingent over and about humans in her life. I take it all back. I'm sorry. She wasn't ever at all indeed shallow about any such things in life with the human world of her natural curiosity in life. She also even wasn't so very adventitious herself itself for how she herself is the angel of nature herself just like Archangel Ariel that is Lion/Lioness of God. She's also even just always as pretty and beautiful as she can always ever be in life. She's such a beloved patootie angel and glossy poppet girl. I love and absolutely adore her for her graceful elegance of beauty with being so very attractive. She's one super very special uniquely super rare blue-eyed redhead. She's just always such one the sweetest and cutest and prettiest and hottest and smartest and brightest "official" Disney princesses there ever at all was in life. She's one of the most uniquely special official Disney Princesses there ever at all was like for starting the Disney Renaissance of Disney's next generation of new film classics even after Walter Disney died and passed away in 1966, and also even the very first official Disney Princess to not be born human herself and also even have children like her daughter, Melody, like in the second film. Plus, she is the very first independent Disney Princess and also even the very first one to be a super rare blue-eyed redhead within the world's population of 0.17% and also even before Merida in the movie and film, Brave.

14 Terk (Tarzan)

Most annoying Disney Renaissance character alongside Hugo from Hunchback.

And Disney would never make a more annoying character until Sisu came along 22 years later.

15 Mushu

Worse: he got reincarnated as Donkey from "Shrek". No, really, they're not just both played by Eddie Murphy, they're practically the same character!

Though I guess that does explain why Donkey ended up with a dragon...

Why I can't stand the movie and hate that everyone else keeps insisting on its greatness. Not helping: the overuse of the "dishonor on your cow" line.

I like Mushu but in the second film, I can't believe that he became an atogonist just because he wanted to stay in his place. Not cool Mushu, not cool!

16 CeCe Jones

I used to think she was so pretty and cute until I discovered what a terrible person Bella Thorne turned out to be this whole time.

Imagine how awful it would have been if Bella Thorne was cast as Mary Jane instead of Zendaya.

Even her looks are grossly genetically inferior to that of Zendaya!

17 Merida Princess Merida is a fictional character from Pixar's first ever Disney Princess film, Brave. She is a talented archer who wishes that she were not destined to become the Elegant Queen of Dun Broch. She is forced into a marriage betrothal by her mother, with whom she has a very negative relationship... read more

Another abomination responsible for the demise of Pixar's dignity as an animation studio.

I honestly found her Ralph Breaks the Internet counterpart to be more likable.

Always blames everyone but herself for every single one of her wrongdoings.

18 Sadness Sadness is a major character in the 2015 Disney/Pixar film, Inside Out. She is one of the five emotions inside the mind of Riley Andersen.

Sadness is quite irritating but well executed-in that scene where she touched a memory, it shows how sadness can just overcome you.

19 Dory Dory is a major character from the film, Finding Nemo and its sequel, Finding Dory. She is a blue tang known for her short-term memory loss and tends to forget almost everything, even the fish that she knows personally. This makes the mission to find Nemo even more difficult for Marlin.

Ellen DeGeneres' cringe voice/"humor" as well as her incredibly corrupt personality make me more than happy that Universe of Energy is no more.

Exactly why does Finding Dory even exist?

Go away, Ellen! No one likes you anymore.

20 Wendy (Peter Pan)
21 Dirk Mann

Should be MUCH higher up on this list than Figment. Figment at least actually used to have a lot of charm before Michael Eisner ruined him in the 2000s. Dirk Mann, on the other hand, NEVER had any charm or likability to begin with.

So annoying that he makes the Hunchback gargoyles look like Timon and Pumbaa!

A much more annoying blonde than Cinderella and Elsa. And far uglier, too.

22 Elsa Queen Elsa of Arendelle is a fictional character who appears in Walt Disney Animation Studios' 53rd animated film Frozen.
23 Cinderella Princess Cinderella is a fictional character who appears in Walt Disney Pictures' 12th animated feature film Cinderella and its sequels Cinderella II: Dreams Come True and Cinderella III: A Twist in Time.

Just saying, why does she need a prince? You can be happy without a guy, oh, and maybe try to stand up for yourself for once? I mean, come on! She is always acting like the victim and she never even tries to stand up for herself. I know in the live action version her mom always said "Have courage and be kind", but she doesn't have any courage if she just lets them bully her all the time. And you aren't unkind just because you stand up for yourself.

24 Candace Flynn Candace Gertrude Flynn is a main character of the Disney Channel animated television series Phineas and Ferb, voiced by Ashley Tisdale and created and designed by Dan Povenmire.

She is a self-centred narcissist.
