Joker is the creepiest superhero ever. Joker is never killed and is the ultimate super villain. He has survived a lot in the comic and out, he was supposed to be killed and discontinued in the second issue of batman. But, he was spared by an editor.

As far as comic books goes, The Joker is by far the most recognizable super villain. He's also insane.

Joker wins easy. He is crazy and unstoppable. He is legendary. Everyone knows his name and he is just an icon. And Ledger gave the best portrayal on screen ever.

Thanos is on a whole different level than most villains.

The dude wiped out half of the universe with a snap od his fingers, he has great motives in the movies, in the comics not so much but...ITS THANOS.

Carnage is cooler and more badass than venom, but venom is still a better villian, because carnage is too insane to be reasoned with, so his stories are too similar. They shouldn't have killed him off, though.
