He went through intense mental, physical, and emotional pain in his training. He got his back broken by Bane. His adoptive son, Jason, was murdered, and he struggled not to kill the Joker. His friend/partner, Barbara, was paralyzed. He has to deal with Superman's issues. Many more friends died or betrayed him. He has a brat for an unwanted son who also dies.

Robert Bruce Banner, also known as The Hulk or Bruce Banner, is a fictional superhero appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. The character was created by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby and was portrayed by Edward Norton and Mark Ruffalo in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. After being exposed to gamma radiation, Bruce Banner has been on darker paths when he becomes angry and turns into the Hulk. He dealt with Betty Ross' general father, fought dangerous enemies, was thrown into space, and tried to cure himself to get rid of the Hulk forever. In the Civil War II story arc, Bruce wanted Hawkeye to kill him if he got angry again, and that's exactly what happened.
5 X-23
Laura Kinney, originally known as X-23 and later the second known Wolverine, is a fictional superhero appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics, most commonly in association with the X-Men. Cloned by Weapon X, Laura Kinney had an awful life when she was raised as a "lab rat" for the program. She was subjected to cruel, unusual torture and trained as a merciless assassin. Her rage caused her to accidentally kill her mother and end up being the lone wolf. When she was "fathered" by Wolverine, she became a better person than a killer and joined the X-Men. After Wolverine's death, Laura followed in his footsteps to become the all-new Wolverine.

After his family was gruesomely murdered by vicious mobsters, Frank Castle seeks to punish those who ruined him and everyone who gets in his way, becoming the Punisher.
7 Magneto
Magneto is a fictional character appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics, commonly in association with the X-Men. He lost his family when he was little and later lost his wife and daughter due to an angry mob after discovering his mutant powers. Magneto soon gathered a group of mutants and declared war on humans, but not until the X-Men stopped him.

Cindy Moon is a Korean American fictional superhero, known as Silk, appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics and created by Dan Slott and Humberto Ramos. During her teens, Cindy Moon was bitten by the same spider that bit Peter Parker before it died. When Cindy discovered she had spider powers, a man named Ezekiel put her in a bunker to keep her safe from an Inheritor named Morlun. It's sad that she missed her family and spent ten years in the bunker until Spidey broke her out. Now, as Silk, she fights crime and has been searching for her family ever since.

Before Scott Lang, Hank Pym had been doing well as a hero and Avenger for years until things went rock bottom. He and his wife, the Wasp, argued frequently. His wife died during Secret Invasion and then came back to life (even though I've been missing out on reading his stories for a while). The sad thing now is that Hank has merged with his nemesis Ultron to become one, and they ended up in space.
