Top Ten Female Marvel Superheroes

The Top Ten
Storm Storm (Ororo Munroe) is a mutant superhero appearing in Marvel Comics. Her first appearance was in Giant-Size X-Men #1 in 1975 and was created by Len Wein and Dave Cockrum. Her main super power is weather manipulation.

She controls the weather, can back down even Wolverine, is the perfect leader of the X-Men, married the Black Panther, is the Queen of Wakanda, and comes as close as it gets to being a goddess. She also rocked an awesome leather jacket and Mohawk in the '80s! Not only is she one of the best X-Men of all time, but she is also my personal favorite female Marvel character!

I like everyone above, but Storm is amazing! She can manipulate the weather. It doesn't matter that Invisible Woman is invisible - she can't be invisible from hurricanes and tornadoes.

Black Widow Natalia Alianovna Romanova, most known as Natasha Romanoff or the Black Widow, is a fictional superhero appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. She is one of the most talented spies and assassins in the entire world and is a founding member of the Avengers. The character was created... read more

She deserves an origin story! She may not have powers, but she is an amazing S.H.I.E.L.D. agent and has some killer connections (Steve, Tony, etc.). Not to mention, she's great at kicking ass and gets to hang out with Hawkeye a lot.

Simply the best hero - female or male, powerful or powerless, dead or alive, Marvel or DC, real or fictional (Hunger Games vibe, anyone?) - EVER.

She is the best superhero because she is strong and independent. She will kill all of Marvel's female superheroes.

Jean Grey

Jean Grey can beat all of the people on this list when she becomes Dark Phoenix. I'm just sad that they made the movie so bad.

Emma Frost Emma Grace Frost is a fictional character appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics, most commonly in association with the X-Men . The character first appeared in Uncanny X-Men #129 (January 1980), and was created by writer Chris Claremont and artist/co-writer John Byrne . Emma Frost,... read more

She's beautiful and has awesome powers but is also a sick, twisted lady at the same time.

Binary is so epic. She's so strong yet so forgiving, the best Marvel has to offer.

A worthy number one. She's Captain Marvel now, though.

Rogue Rogue is a fictional superhero appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics, commonly in association with the X-Men. Was created by Chris Claremont And Michael Golden. In the X-Men film series, she is portrayed by Anna Paquin.

Her powers are awesome! She can kill you by touching you - I mean, come on! Also, her white hair streak is pretty cool.

She and Jean deserve number one and number two.

She-Hulk

She gets points for being a smoking hot, super-strong Ally McBeal.

Points deducted for being derivative.

Invisible Woman Invisible Woman is a female superhero who is a part of Marvel's Fantastic Four. Her powers include invisibility, cosmic rays, invisible force field, and more.

Mature, independent, grounded, and intelligent, without Susan, the Fantastic Four would be nothing. She has the most powerful moves, including her strong force fields, and her smarts have helped them save the day.

Most powerful, most beautiful, and most intriguing storyline.

Scarlet Witch Wanda Maximoff, also known as the Scarlet Witch, is a fictional superhero appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. She is portrayed by Elizabeth Olsen in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. She is thought to be one of the most powerful people in the Marvel Cinematic Universe and can... read more

What is wrong with you guys? She altered reality and was involved in creating the universe. She can destroy any Marvel superhero! Even Galactus said he fears her. Without the Infinity Gauntlet, Thanos was too scared to tackle her. Yet, you still think she isn't worth it?

She should be higher on the list! I loved Wanda from the moment I saw her, so I have been reading about her and her powers. She is beautiful and an underrated Avenger!

She took down Thor, Captain America, Black Widow, and the Hulk with just a wave of her hands! I love her! She shows men who's boss! She could have killed Thanos if she hadn't been hit.

Shadowcat Katherine Anne "Kitty" Pryde is a fictional superhero appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics, commonly in association with the X-Men.

Why Kitty? I don't know why, but you might want a girlfriend like her. She can use her phasing powers to protect herself from criminals, perverts, or any sickos out there in the real world.

Best character. The third generation of the Wasp heroine. Way better than Hope. She's a great match for T'Challa, her partner.

Gamora Gamora is a fictional character appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. Created by Jim Starlin, the character first appeared in Strange Tales #180. In the Marvel Cinematic Universe, she is portrayed by Zoe Saldana.

Gamora is so underrated. She deserves to be higher on this list.

She should be higher. I'm pretty sure everyone cried when she died.

An actually realistic woman who doesn't have to be "smoking hot" to be an absolute badass.
