David Tennant is a Scottish actor known for his roles as the Tenth Doctor in the British television series Doctor Who, Alec Hardy in Broadchurch, Giacomo Casanova in the TV serial Casanova, Kilgrave in Jessica Jones, and Barty Crouch, Jr. in the Harry Potter movie series. Has to be the best actor to ever graze the Doctor Who scene. Absolutely legendary. He of course played the 10th Doctor and did pretty dang good. He is considered the best.
Simply the most amazing Doctor. He has natural humor, good looks and just superb acting. He was an amazing treat.

Matthew Robert Smith is an English actor. He is best known for his role as the Eleventh Doctor in the BBC science fiction series Doctor Who, for which he received a BAFTA Award nomination in 2011. Following up David Tennant was going to be difficult, but Matt Smith perfected his role. A great actor and he really embodied the Doctor.

A lot of the older people think Tom Baker was the best. I don't think he was the best, but he was up there. When you think if the Doctor a lot of people think of him.

Billie Paul Piper is an English singer, dancer and actress . She is best known for her role as Rose Tyler in the BBC sci-fi series Doctor Who . A fan favorite. While I think she was a bit overrated, I still thought she was great.
John Simm is easily one of the best actors in Doctor Who. Easily the best Master. His iconic laugh will always be in my head.

While her character was sometimes a bit annoying, but overall she was great.
