Best Artemis Fowl Characters
Artemis Fowl is a series of fantasy novels revolving around the elf reconnaissance officer Holly Short and human mastermind Artemis Fowl II, who work together to save the world from magical threats.
Who's your favourite Artemis Fowl character? No spoilers, please!
-
Holly Short
Holly's sarcastic attitude is just so relatable. She's fierce, smart, and pretty, but she has flaws (this is a big deal for me, I detest perfect characters).
Thank you so much for reading this (the list is sadly underused).
Shadowspeaker
Holly is awesome, she's got flaws but not too many to make her an unlikable character.
I love Holly’s wonderful rule-breaking attitude. She’s pretty, fierce, brave, and her relationship with Artemis is pretty fascinating. In my opinion, even though Lazuli is still pretty cool, Holly is way better.

Artemis Fowl
Artemis has literally the best character development.
Artemis is the best because HE is the mastermind.

Juliet Butler
-
Opal Koboi
Opal is one of my favorite fictional characters of all time. I know it sounds weird, but I just love her. I don't really know how to explain why I like her so much, but I do.
-
Minerva Paradizo
A mirror image of Artemis Fowl, equally intelligent and ambitious

Angeline Fowl

Raine Vinyaya

Domovoi Butler

Queen Bellico

Lazuli Heitz
Lazuli's cool, but she seemed like a miniature Holly to me.

Number 1
Number One is probably my second favourite Artemis Fowl character (after Artemis himself, or course). He’s extremely powerful without even realising it, which has come in handy quite a few times on the adventures. His book (The Lost Colony) was probably my favourite in the series. And of course, there’s this quote:
“This is probably a bad idea. I should just pound on your armoured plates like those other morons...I mean my classmates.”

YES. Number 1 made me laugh out loud several times

Foaly

Mulch Diggums
He should be first, because of his "Talents"

Grub Kelp

Trouble Kelp
-
Orion
The absolute opposite of Artemis...it was hilarious yet infuriating.
