Top 10 Countries with Healthiest Food
As a man who've lived in Japan and enjoyed the real Japanese food, I can say proudly that it is one of the best food in the world with rich history. It's less oily but you can eat a lot of vegetables, and its calories are really few so good for your diet too. Also go and search "beautiful Japanese food" on Google. I'm pretty sure you'll be amazed at how colourful and attractive they are... Promise! :D
If you think you can eat only raw sushi and vegetables at Japanese restaurant, you've been to the wrong one for sure... Aw poor you :( The real ones are made with so much cares and take a long time to cook. Seriously, be careful to the ones that are ran by non-Japanese people with no previous working experience at restaurant in Japan at all... It's totally different from the original... eww disgusting... (even if the restaurant people looks like Asian, they may not be from Japan but like Korea or China... I know it's hard to tell.. )
Raw fishes and eggs? It' s not a big deal if you' re in Japan. Healthy food and life style are the reason why Japanese have the highest life span in the world.
As much as I like French and Mexican food, I got to say that Japanese (which yes, I do adore too) is amazing. Japanese, Chinese, and South Korean people do NOT eat dogs. Out of the three cultures, Japanese is the best. sushi, dumplings, summer rolls, and more!
Its far from the tastiest (Non sweet seaweed "candy" anyone? ) and I do not like that green paste thing that is so popular all around the world.
But it is without a doubt that I can say that Japan has the most healthy food ever.
I must refute rumor about chinese food Chinese do not eat everything. Only some provinces have the custom of eating wild animals. Many Chinese people eat food, French and Japanese also eat it, but when they eat it, people don't think it's strange, on the contrary, they think it's elegant. Most Chinese don't eat dogs! the people who keep dog is much more than the peop who eat dog, Chinese food is not fast food, but American Chinese food is fast food, and can not taste the taste of Chinese food, very bad, so every time Chinese food is said to be cheap and unhealthy, I am not surprised.
I didn't eat chinese food but I know that they spoil it too much because of the bad stereotype of eating insects and wild animals. In reality, chinese cuisine is very rich and healthy
Chinese pasta (noodles) are healthy and good compared to such disgusting Italian pasta spread all over the world polluting our plates.
We invented what you call Pasta, more known as Noodles, and not at all Italy, they are just able to copy.
Butter you said? Yes, but not more than elsewhere, and surely better use butter than palm oil (used in all countries), worse than butter but without any vitamins.
And you should know that France has the highest level of veterinary and fraud controls in restaurants and food producers, for that reason each time there is a fraud, it's largely broadcast from the media as part of the transparency required by the public authorities. Base of French food are vegetables, rices, grain, fishes. Meat, sauces, fries are also part of French food but only eaten in certain occasions and only for a certain part of people. It's usual in France to eat for lunch only a large mixed salad and fruit for lunch and a vegetable soup, rice (or similar) and fruit for diner. They lot also lots of cereals like Americans (and from same US trade marks). Really good and healthy, the king for Atlantic fishes including the famous blue Lobster.

Singapore's food is not as healthy as some of the above countries like Japan or Korea, but it is definitely healthier that the USA
Indian food is a well balanced food. The varieties and ingredients have been meticulously chosen over thousands of years for their flavor, nourishment, energy, health influence and taste and nutrient requirements and so on.
Indian is not only a Gourmet's delight but a good nutritionist's prescription.
It is a science by itself when it comes to a meal preparation, ingredients and accompaniments.
Indian food is well cooked with so many spices which are rich antibiotics and the usage of spices is only known by Indians. they have huge variety of spices which are added to daily food which makes the food digestive and delicious but nowadays in India mostly teens are addicted to fast foods (like Chinese noodles, manchurian) which are greesy foods.
Indian food is not healthy at all. Indians eat too much spicy food, too much mutton meat, too much ghee, and high sugar level food. India has one of the highest rate diabetes, high blood pressure, and coronary heart disease. Plus, India's life expectancy is merely 65 years old, on par with Russia.
It could probably be number one because of all the vegetables, spices and other ingredients they add to enhance the flavor of the food. The only thing is that there are a LOT of sweets and deep fried options which are extremely unhealthy.
Swedish food often is meatballs, fish, raw fish and vegetables! Our foods are often not processed and ar very healthy!
The only Swedish cuisine I've heard of is Swedish Meatballs, something healthy and tasty to eat.

Korean kimchi and other brewed food are very healthy. They have lots of vitamin and minerals and protein and everything, I assured you. They may be seen as a bit disgusting or unusual food to other countries and Western people, but it is scientifically proved that Korean food is tasty and good for your health. They can be salty, yes, I do admit that, but other nutrients backs up that flaw, so it is okay. We also use lots of vegetables, unlike Japan, which uses lots of fish and China, which uses lots of meats like pork and gammon.
Korean food history is more than three thousand years and it has developed into good, better ways. If you start eating Korean food, at first, you might feel gross and stuff, but if you keep eating, it will be quite addictive.
I'm Korean and I'll admit, a lot of salt goes in our food, however, our food includes so much vegetables. Practically every meal will include eating leafy greens, beans, roots, peppers, spices, and more.
Korean food is delicious and healthy even without any meat involved, a lot of vegetarian options, although sometimes there can be too much salt added to foods or msg if going to certain restaurants.
First the food consist of so many appetizers, so I am mostly Little confuse what to eat with what but overall very good experience. Kimchi, Kimbab, Bibimbab and lots of healthy food
Norwegian foods are healthy considering that Norway is known for its seafood. Because of their diet, Norwegians are among the world's healthiest people.
Whale steak, sheep's head, reindeer stew, mutton soup.
In Spain we have very natural & healthy food indeed so I think it should be upper in this list... or at least changed by England.
This is the same situation as Singapore...
It should rank higher than this. Not many other cuisines on this list have successfully minimised their dependence on oil usage or maintained the fine balance between freshness of herbs and spices with the meat components than Vietnamese.
How is france higher than this? Nearly everything is fresh, no frying, no lactose, light portions. The list goes on and on. This should be number 1
Veggie in every dishes, an ideal place to have hot pot for people who prefer less spicy food on a cold day. Yum yum!
Their food is healthy and fresh this should be number 1!

The real Mediterranean diet, no pizza, no pasta, only fresh and natural ingredients.
We have fresh food growing in our country and fresh ingredient in our backyard. We buy fresh food from the market each day from local growing. And the flag of Laos, one of the most healthy food you will ever eat, birth of noodles (known as pasta by those Italian robbers).
Ulam is healthier food cause we ate raw leaves and have with sambal.
They still cook at home
I heard the Icelanders eat food that is practically 0% processed, and they only eat locally-grown stuff.
Better than the U. S by a mile for non processed food at reasonable prices, better bread, better cheese, better food in general as it is regulated better, gmo in the U. S is rife, the fda are in bed with monsanto, the U. S does produce good food but many are ignorant as to what is healthy and what is not, I've lived in both places for years at a time, basically what ruins U. S food can be summed up in three words that are used in incredibly high quantities salt, fat, sugar.
Israel is a country with no cuisine of itself. They literally got a mixed European cuisine and they say it's Israeli cuisine.
Same situation as Spain & Singapore...
