Top 10 Countries with Healthiest Food

As a man who've lived in Japan and enjoyed the real Japanese food, I can say proudly that it is one of the best food in the world with rich history. It's less oily but you can eat a lot of vegetables, and its calories are really few so good for your diet too. Also go and search "beautiful Japanese food" on Google. I'm pretty sure you'll be amazed at how colourful and attractive they are... Promise! :D
If you think you can eat only raw sushi and vegetables at Japanese restaurant, you've been to the wrong one for sure... Aw poor you :( The real ones are made with so much cares and take a long time to cook. Seriously, be careful to the ones that are ran by non-Japanese people with no previous working experience at restaurant in Japan at all... It's totally different from the original... eww disgusting... (even if the restaurant people looks like Asian, they may not be from Japan but like Korea or China... I know it's hard to tell.. )
Raw fishes and eggs? It' s not a big deal if you' re in Japan. Healthy food and life style are the reason why Japanese have the highest life span in the world.
As much as I like French and Mexican food, I got to say that Japanese (which yes, I do adore too) is amazing. Japanese, Chinese, and South Korean people do NOT eat dogs. Out of the three cultures, Japanese is the best. sushi, dumplings, summer rolls, and more!
Its far from the tastiest (Non sweet seaweed "candy" anyone? ) and I do not like that green paste thing that is so popular all around the world.
But it is without a doubt that I can say that Japan has the most healthy food ever.

I must refute rumor about chinese food Chinese do not eat everything. Only some provinces have the custom of eating wild animals. Many Chinese people eat food, French and Japanese also eat it, but when they eat it, people don't think it's strange, on the contrary, they think it's elegant. Most Chinese don't eat dogs! the people who keep dog is much more than the peop who eat dog, Chinese food is not fast food, but American Chinese food is fast food, and can not taste the taste of Chinese food, very bad, so every time Chinese food is said to be cheap and unhealthy, I am not surprised.
I didn't eat chinese food but I know that they spoil it too much because of the bad stereotype of eating insects and wild animals. In reality, chinese cuisine is very rich and healthy

It could probably be number one because of all the vegetables, spices and other ingredients they add to enhance the flavor of the food. The only thing is that there are a LOT of sweets and deep fried options which are extremely unhealthy.

Korean kimchi and other brewed food are very healthy. They have lots of vitamin and minerals and protein and everything, I assured you. They may be seen as a bit disgusting or unusual food to other countries and Western people, but it is scientifically proved that Korean food is tasty and good for your health. They can be salty, yes, I do admit that, but other nutrients backs up that flaw, so it is okay. We also use lots of vegetables, unlike Japan, which uses lots of fish and China, which uses lots of meats like pork and gammon.
Korean food history is more than three thousand years and it has developed into good, better ways. If you start eating Korean food, at first, you might feel gross and stuff, but if you keep eating, it will be quite addictive.
I'm Korean and I'll admit, a lot of salt goes in our food, however, our food includes so much vegetables. Practically every meal will include eating leafy greens, beans, roots, peppers, spices, and more.
Korean food is delicious and healthy even without any meat involved, a lot of vegetarian options, although sometimes there can be too much salt added to foods or msg if going to certain restaurants.

This is the same situation as Singapore...

It should rank higher than this. Not many other cuisines on this list have successfully minimised their dependence on oil usage or maintained the fine balance between freshness of herbs and spices with the meat components than Vietnamese.
How is france higher than this? Nearly everything is fresh, no frying, no lactose, light portions. The list goes on and on. This should be number 1

Better than the U. S by a mile for non processed food at reasonable prices, better bread, better cheese, better food in general as it is regulated better, gmo in the U. S is rife, the fda are in bed with monsanto, the U. S does produce good food but many are ignorant as to what is healthy and what is not, I've lived in both places for years at a time, basically what ruins U. S food can be summed up in three words that are used in incredibly high quantities salt, fat, sugar.
