If you think you can only eat raw sushi and vegetables at a Japanese restaurant, you've been to the wrong one for sure. Aw, poor you. The real ones are made with so much care and take a long time to cook. Seriously, be careful of the ones that are run by non-Japanese people with no previous working experience at a restaurant in Japan at all. It's totally different from the original. Eww, disgusting. Even if the restaurant people look like they're Asian, they may not be from Japan but like Korea or China. I know it's hard to tell.

And you should know that France has the highest level of veterinary and fraud controls in restaurants and food producers. For that reason, each time there is a fraud, it's largely broadcast by the media as part of the transparency required by public authorities. Red wine and lots of vegetables are part of the diet. Healthy food in terms of quality and high level of controls.

Indian food is a well-balanced food. The varieties and ingredients have been meticulously chosen over thousands of years for their flavor, nourishment, energy, health influence, taste, and nutrient requirements, and so on.

India is not only a gourmet's delight but also a good nutritionist's prescription. It is a science by itself when it comes to meal preparation, ingredients, and accompaniments.

Indian food is well-cooked with so many spices, which are rich in antibiotics, and the usage of spices is only known by Indians. They have a huge variety of spices, which are added to daily food, making the food digestive and delicious. But nowadays, in India, mostly teens are addicted to fast foods (like Chinese noodles, Manchurian), which are greasy foods.

India could probably be number one because of all the vegetables, spices, and other ingredients they add to enhance the flavor of the food. The only thing is that there are a LOT of sweets and deep-fried options which are extremely unhealthy.

Korean kimchi and other fermented foods are very healthy. They have lots of vitamins and minerals and protein and everything, I assure you. They may be seen as a bit disgusting or unusual food to other countries and Western people, but it is scientifically proved that Korean food is tasty and good for your health. They can be salty, yes, I do admit that, but other nutrients back up that flaw, so it is okay. We also use lots of vegetables, unlike Japan, which uses lots of fish, and China, which uses lots of meats like pork and gammon.

Korean food history is more than three thousand years old, and it has developed in good, better ways. If you start eating Korean food, at first, you might feel gross and stuff, but if you keep eating, it will become quite addictive.

I'm Korean, and I'll admit, a lot of salt goes into our food. However, our food includes so much vegetables. Practically every meal will include eating leafy greens, beans, roots, peppers, spices, and more.

Better than the U.S. by a mile for non-processed food at reasonable prices, better bread, better cheese, better food in general as it is regulated better. GMO in the U.S. is rife. The FDA are in bed with Monsanto. The U.S. does produce good food, but many are ignorant as to what is healthy and what is not. I've lived in both places for years at a time. Basically, what ruins U.S. food can be summed up in three words that are used in incredibly high quantities: salt, fat, sugar.
