Top 10 Coolest Disney Villains in the Kingdom Hearts Franchise
Yes, I know it might sound a bit unusual, but personally, I feel that the Disney villains don't get as much credit in Kingdom Hearts as they do in other franchise releases. Hence, this poll. As you can infer from the title, pick the one you think is the most charismatic, or at least your personal favorite.
If you're not satisfied, you can always add your own choices.
Enjoy!

Hades (Hercules)
He actually has a personality! I mean, all these bad guys do, but really, Hades actually has personality. I can actually remember a line of his that made me laugh out loud: "Whoa, did my hair go out?" He's just hilarious.
Who else is actually immortal? I mean, sure, Maleficent's back, but she had to go through a big ordeal. You can't even beat Hades without Hercules. He's just that awesome.
He's hilarious, not to mention he's from one of the greatest Disney films. He deserves to be the leader of the Disney villains, being powerful, immortal, and, most importantly, completely sane.

This guy is so scary he would terrify anyone! Besides, if you ask Jafar and Maleficent about him, they'd both say they're scared of him.

Maleficent (Sleeping Beauty)
Maleficent is the main antagonist in Disney's 1959 animated feature film Sleeping Beauty. She is an evil fairy and the personification of pure evil, causing misfortune throughout King Stefan's kingdom. Maleficent has since become one of Disney's most iconic villains.
She is easily the most evil of all the Disney villains. You'll notice that the others have stronger motives behind their evil intentions than she does. Why does she decide to exact revenge and generally act cruel and evil? Because she wasn't invited to a party, that's why. If that doesn't sound like a lame excuse to be unnecessarily evil, then I don't know what does! Essentially, she is evil purely for the sake of being evil.
The title is "Coolest Disney Villains In Kingdom Hearts," so she wins hands down. All the evil she couldn't unleash in her movie is fully displayed in Kingdom Hearts, and she deserves to command the Disney villains.
Oh, and she did the dragon trick in the movie too, so she felt a bit original with her moves.

Claude Frollo (The Hunchback of Notre Dame)
It kinda sucks that Tony Jay didn't return for the role.
He is the second most evil villain (first being Cruella). But, I've got to say, Hades is my favorite.
-
Oogie Boogie (The Nightmare Before Christmas)
Oogie Boogie is the greatest! I mean, let's face it, he's the Boogeyman. Boogeymen represent a child's fear, and that fear lasts forever. Since Oogie always comes back in video game spin-offs, it kind of means that no matter how many times you kill Oogie, he'll always be there in your nightmares. That's what I call a true villain!
He's the reason why I love Disney villains. He's got a great evil voice, he makes you laugh whether you hate him or love him, and everyone knows Halloween Town well. It's Oogie Boogie all the way!
-
Jafar (Aladdin)
Jafar is the main antagonist of Disney's 31st full-length animated feature film Aladdin. He is introduced as the sinister Royal Vizier to Agrabah's Sultan, who desires power over the kingdom. Jafar uses dark magic and manipulation to achieve his goals throughout the film.
Jafar is insanely evil. His lust for power and bumbling sidekick make him frightening and hilarious at the same time. Did I mention his laugh? It's completely maniacal! The best thing about him is his sense of humor. He makes puns! "Your TIME is up!" "Things are UNRAVELING fast now, boy!" "Get the POINT?" "I'm just getting WARMED UP." A truly great villain.
Maleficent should have made him second in command instead of Pete.

Ursula (The Little Mermaid)
Ursula is a fictional character who appears in Walt Disney Pictures' 28th animated feature film, The Little Mermaid, released in 1989. She is portrayed as the main antagonist and is known for her distinctive appearance and dramatic personality. The character was inspired by the drag queen Divine.
She's so unique and evil, so how can't she be one of the most beloved Disney villains? Not to mention her two dark allies, Flotsam and Jetsam! She is so smart and can lure everybody into her evil plans. Also, I loved the final battle that Ariel, Eric, Flounder, and Sebastian had with her, and in Kingdom Hearts, she gave me a very exciting time! She's the greatest sea witch!
She completely embodies what a good villain should be. Her evil laugh, her sinister tone, and her dark purpose all contribute to her character. Plus, she has an awesome evil song that's catchy and fun to sing.

The Queen (Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs)
Over 70 years later, she's still considered one of the scariest and most evil Disney villains.
