Top Ten Crash Bandicoot Characters

The Top Ten
Crash Bandicoot Crash Bandicoot is a video game franchise of platform video games. The series, originally exclusive to the Sony PlayStation, was created by Andy Gavin and Jason Rubin during their tenure at Naughty Dog for Sony Computer Entertainment.

It's Crash Bandicoot. Of course he's number 1. I'd say N. Gin is definitely deserving of No. 2, but Cortex should be No. 3.

Crash Bandicoot is one of the greatest series ever created! Especially the Naughty Dog games.

Crash Bandicoot - the best PlayStation character in history from 1996-2000. Naughty Dog, please come back!

Crash Bandicoot. It's pretty obvious why he's #1. Not only is he the main character, but his games (according to the internet) are great! The only reason for the parenthesis is because I have barely played any Crash games.

I didn't grow up with Crash, especially since I was born in 2006. I was introduced to him via Skylanders Imaginators. When I got interested, I wanted one of his actual games. Tony got Crash of the Titans and I got Twinsanity.

June of 2018 will be great for me because I will finally be able to play the N. Sane Trilogy, an actual good Crash game, on the Switch. Even so, I just love the character. If I ever become a YouTuber and review one of his games, I would do it in the style of a nature documentary as a joke. It just fits. Before him, I was like, "What is a bandicoot?"

One thing I've learned from gaming is this: if you take an obscure animal and make him into a game about stopping an evil scientist, you've got a success on your hands. Also, #CrashforSmash

Neo Cortex Dr. Neo Periwinkle Cortex is the main antagonist of the Crash Bandicoot game series who is depicted as a mad scientist who seeks world domination.

He's one of my favorite villains, and he has some pretty funny quotes. For example: "Defeated again! This is not fair! Maybe I should retire to a nice, big beach with a nice, big drink. And a woman with nice, big... bags of ice for my head..." (From CB3: Warped)

He was one of my favorite villains, and he's pretty funny too. Not to mention that he's also my favorite design, along with N. Gin.

If you have played Crash Twinsanity, you will 100% know why I vote for him.

N-Gin

Aahh, thank you, Master! Aahh, thank you again! Hotter than the first time! Haha, Crash, you fool, you're too late! It's time to drop the Doom Hammer on you, the Doom Hammer of Doom upon you, and let's just dance, baby! I'm right behind you, kidding! Haha, so Crash Bandicoot, we meet again. Uka Uka and Dr. Cortex want me to teach you a lesson. Well, I made a few modifications to my mechanics since our last encounter, so back off or be deleted. Like Dr. Cortex said, give the 20 crystals you have collected to me!

He has a missile in his head! How awesome is that?!

Dingodile

"G'day mates, Dingodile's the name, and Uka Uka and Cortex gave me orders to find the Crystals. So give me the goods, and SHOVE OFF, or I'll roast ya!"

One of the reasons the Australian accent is one of my favorite accents ever.

Seriously, I'm happy that Naughty Dog made him one of the playable characters in CTR. It put him in the spotlight a little more!

Best theme music + awesome personality = Awesomeness!

Think about the first time you played Crash Bandicoot: Warped. Now remember the first time you fought in the boss battle with Dingodile.

I think you see my point now.

Coco Bandicoot Coco Bandicoot is a fictional character from the Crash Bandicoot series who first debuted in Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back in 1997.

Coco looked like a cute little early teenager, 13 years old, in Crash of the Titans! Coco Bandicoot looked best in Crash of the Titans! Coco and Rilla Roo, Coco and Koala Kong, or Coco and Ripper Roo would all make great couples!

She was my favorite when I was a child. I played Tag Team Racing, which is the best game, to be honest.

Coco and Rilla Roo would make a great couple, and so would Coco and Koala Kong!

1. Coco and Rilla Roo (5 stars)
2. Coco and Koala Kong (5 stars)
3. Coco and Ripper Roo (4 stars)

Go Coco!

Ripper Roo

Ripper Roo and Pasadena O'Possum, or Ripper Roo and Coco Bandicoot! Coco also would make an even better couple with Koala Kong or Rilla Roo!

Pasadena and Crash would be good too!

Ripper Roo and Pasadena O'Possum would make a great couple, don't you think!? So would Crash and Pasadena.

Also, Coco and Koala Kong! Plus, Coco and Rilla Roo!

Number 14? He needs to be way higher. Come on, he's a classic! He's "The Joker" of the Crash world. Easily top 5.

Tiny Tiger

Tiny was probably the most consistently fun boss in the Crash Bandicoot series. Although he isn't the best character, every game he appeared in, he has been one of my favorite bosses due to the replayability and overall fun factor.

Tiny is by far my favorite, and I refused to ever play Crash Bash with my friends unless I was Tiny Tiger.

This guy was definitely an awesome boss in Warped, but not very hard to beat compared to his size.

Baddest character in the game! All the other villains look like jokes except Dingodile.

Crunch Bandicoot

Crunch was a pretty boss in Wrath of Cortex, and he's prettier in Crash of the Titans.

I knew he wouldn't be at the top, and I respect others' opinions, so that's it.

So cool in Crash Nitro Kart and Crash of the Titans, but in Mind Over Mutant, he is ugly.

I used to think Crunch was a bad guy after playing Crash Bandicoot: The Wrath of Cortex as a kid. I also remember I used to play as Crunch on Crash Tag Team Racing because he has a machine gun.

Doctor Nitrus Brio

Brio was the only character in the Crash Bandicoot series that I think was better in Mind Over Mutant. Every single other character was absolutely awful in both character design and personality.

In Crash: Mind Over Mutant, he has the best personality and funniest quotes. Definitely the best Crash: Mind Over Mutant character.

N. Brio was great in the original games but sucked in Mind Over Mutant! Bring him back!

Nina Cortex

She looks pretty in Crash of the Titans and Crash: Mind Over Mutant, and ugly in Ripto's Rampage, Crash Twinsanity, and Crash Tag Team Racing!

Nina Cortex and Koala Kong would be so cute together!

Nina has way more brains than Neo Cortex. She was excellent in all five of her games: Crash Purple: Ripto's Rampage, Crash Twinsanity, Crash of the Titans, and Crash Mind Over Mutant.

Though she looked hot in Mutants and Titans and ugly in Twinsanity and Ripto's Rampage.

She looked good in Crash of the Titans and Mind Over Mutant, but ugly in earlier games such as Crash Twinsanity, Crash Tag Team Racing, and Ripto's Rampage.

The Newcomers

? Yaya Panda
? Megumi
The Contenders
Polar

Polar was an awesome character. Besides the non-existent character development, he shined a lot in C2 and CTR.

And he is so cute!

Great character in the racing games, and he's so cute!

Uka Uka

I love his ability in Crash 3 to be able to take over Cortex's body movements by sticking to his face. It was really cool how he could do so to be a full character, more than just a mask.

Beast mode in Crash of the Titans.

Koala Kong

He is lumping awesome, a huge adorable koala bear. I mean, come on.

Aku Aku
Pinstripe Potoroo Pinstripe Potoroo is a fictional chatacter from The Crash Bandicoot franchise debuting in the first Crash game as the fourth boss who's character design is that of a gangster who wields a machine gun, Pinstripe would return as one of the boss characters in Crash Team Racing.

I gotta hand it to Pinstripe for being that one really badass character in the original game. A tommy gun-wielding mafia boss in the form of a potoroo was one of the most unique characters in the Crash Bandicoot series and really stands out as a nice change from the overall funny goofiness of the game.

His get-it-done attitude while still not being too serious for the game he appeared in is commendable. I also enjoy his boss battle for being more realistic than others, which is a cool switch-up. Although the Crash 2 N. Gin and the Crash 3 Dingodile were both close seconds due to the overall fun factor.

Pura
N-Tropy

N. Tropy is a master of time and quantum warp technology and an old friend of Uka Uka's. Tropy has the ability to control time, but he is easily frustrated and has very little patience, which makes this his major weak point. This happens because every moment he wastes feels like an eternity to him.

He usually carries around a giant two-pronged fork, which he uses to create energy beams and other similar things. His career peak was the creation of the Time Twister, a station capable of warping anything through time itself.

One of the doctor's hobbies is disturbing the time flow by creating time paradoxes for laughs. N. Tropy was initially partners with Cortex, but the two of them eventually became rivals.

Nitrous Oxide

The classic Crash games on PS1 were the best games ever. I have so many memories of me and my cousin playing those games.

CTR was my favorite. I remember the time I finally unlocked Oxide from the time trials. Classic memories.

Komodo Brothers
Papu Papu
N-Trance
Fake Crash
Tawna Bandicoot
The Bearminator

It would be cool if we found out that The Bearminator was Polar's uncle. He could turn good and move in with them at their house/hut on Wumpa Island!

He is the biggest and best boss in Crash Bash and Crash Bandicoot 2: Wrath of Cortex.
