This is an awesome Final Smash once you have mastered Sonic's gameplay. I always end up taking 1 or 2 lives of up to 3 players with this, and it gets easier to control the more you use Sonic in Brawl.
As much as I'm not the biggest Sonic fan, this is impossible to dodge if the player can control Super Sonic well. He's insanely fast, and every time you are hit, you go flying.
Sonic gets the Final Smash. You start to cry as Sonic turns gold and starts flying. "I'll show you! Arggh!" Super Sonic pushes Mario off Battlefield. Sonic turns normal again. "And the winner is: Sonic!" "Hey, can we do this again?"
Yeah, all my friends just self-destructed as I activated his Final Smash. It's really good.
The grenade launcher can kill someone twice if you're accurate.
His grenade launcher is totally boss style, and so is he!
Ike's Final Smash is a powerful but difficult attack. You must hit a target to activate it, and if you do, the target is nearly always killed in the carnage of Ike's sword. However, it is possible to survive, dodge, or block this attack. It only affects one or two players if you are lucky or very accurate.
Ike is the boss when it comes to Final Smashes, to me at least. This attack has helped me win dozens of matches against my brother. On a scale of 1-10, I give this a 9. Still my opinion. That's why he is one of the top 3 strongest.
What I like about Giga Bowser is that, unlike many of the other Final Smashes, he actually takes some skill to use and isn't ridiculously overpowered like C. Falcon.
Super Giant Bowser Final Smash is awesome! Sure, you can get damaged while being him, but it's still awesome. A lot better than the other Final Smashes.
This one basically lets you become more powerful for a little while. I think this Final Smash should have returned to Ultimate because his Ultimate Smash is shorter.
Instant killing is cool. However, how would you like to kill 1 or 2 times over? With a tiny bit of skill, Falco can easily fly players off screen, getting as many KOs as his time limit will allow.
With the Final Smash, I could kill the three players twice just by catching the ball once!
If the stage is small enough, you can kill everyone easily.
Very similar to Sonic's and is just as deadly if you can use it right. It is so much fun to use, and it is a very underrated Final Smash.
With practice, it easily becomes one of the most powerful moves in the whole game. Sad it was nerfed in SSB4, but it's still greatly destructive. All hail Yoshi!
With Yoshi as my main in every game, no question I would vote for him.
The Zero Laser is so cool. I would have called it "Big Giant Unescapable Laser of Doom," yeah. It feels good once you use it and get the feeling, "Ahh, I just owned my enemies." Try it, it is so cool.
You have to admit, this is one of the best Final Smashes. It's even better than Great Aether. Captain Falcon's Final Smash is pretty much a guaranteed KO.
Blue Falcon sweeps in and kills you immediately. Period.
I think the Triforce Slash is better than the Great Aether. Here are a couple of reasons why I think this:
1. It deals almost twice as much damage.
2. If you're close enough to an enemy, you can paralyze them when you shoot the beam of light out of Link's/Toon Link's hand.
3. It has a better chance of knocking the enemy off the stage.
4. The beam of light that shoots out of Link's/Toon Link's hand travels further than the arch of flame that races out of Ike's blade.
5. It can be performed anywhere! The Great Aether is only performed at the top center of the screen.
6. It is slightly more colorful.

There is no way that you will escape this Final Smash without taking damage. It affects the entire stage, can trap your opponent in the ground so they can't escape, causes damage with the Bulborbs, and finishes them off with the ship crashing. A truly epic attack, worthy of such a great character.
I'm not just saying this because I like Pikmin games, but his Final Smash is the best. He digs everyone into the ground, flies off, and your opponents lose from 100 to 300 percent of damage. Then he crashes back down to the stage, knocking out almost all of his opponents.
This is the most powerful Final Smash, along with Samus and Sonic. If you know how to use it properly, it becomes the ultimate death weapon. How many other Final Smashes can kill you instantly, even if you have 0 damage? Not many.
The only way you wouldn't die from it is if you happen to be in an enclosed area, and even then you still get about 80 extra damage. So unless you are protected by surrounding platforms, the equation is simple: Smash Ball + Marth + good aim = guaranteed death sentence.
You'll be totaled and totally screwed if you're hit.
Just like everything else about Ganondorf, this hits you HARD! If you get stuck in front of him, it is impossible to dodge, so if you have a high damage percentage when that happens, your death is definitely upon you.
That big lion rhino thing is awesome. If you're looking at his face, you're a dead man.
Why can he do a fire attack joined with grass and water and make it giant?
Very good, always kills, giving way too much damage and vulnerability to everyone in a green circle. A BIG green circle. With so many "symptoms," such as sleeping, tripping, unwanted taunting, all with definite poison ivy and greater attack power! This move should be at the top of the list!
This deserves to be at least #2 next to Sonic's. Anyone who knows how to use Luigi will tell you that this brings instant KOs when complemented with his up-special attack. Quick and overpowered.
Okay, you might think I'm crazy, but if you use his up-B move on your foes in Luigi's void, you can actually have a shot at winning the battle.
PK Starstorm has my vote. Lucas and Ness look badass when the Smash is used in midair, and the falling stars are deadly, especially towards the end of the Smash because they fall fast and are tightly packed together. Plus, Lucas' PK Thunder hits multiple times and causes slight flinch, which is good for stopping enemies!
First of all, when playing as these two, PK Thunder can be used to grab the Smash Ball much faster. Then BOOM, you can use it literally right away! No aiming, you're of course invincible, and you don't have to do anything to hit the enemy. Just sit back and watch the stars fall.
The Aura Storm is like the Pokémon version of the famous Kamehameha. Why isn't it in at least 4th place? This is vicious in my opinion. Anyone agree?
Number 27? This deserves to be in the top 5! Aura powers up. Whoever put him down here must use him with no damage. Revenge served cold.
Like Sonic says, it's too slow. It moves too slowly to hit someone.
Wario gets significantly powered up and can fly with his aerials. The best part is that if opponents try to air dodge, Wario can chase after them with a barrage of Uairs. His Dair sends him flying downward but can spike foes into their doom if they are sent off stage.
Depending on the character, his Wario Waft can become a potential OHKO. He is also affected by Super Mushrooms, which increase his power level even higher. This Final Smash becomes more effective in Team Battle, where your teammate can keep the opposing team off guard.
I also heard rumors that if you're lucky and you blast while right on top of an enemy, it will trigger a really cool blast and instantly launch them off screen. It's a really rare effect, but it happened to me once.
Yeah right, Sonic's is supposed to be weaker but easier to control and lasts longer!
Pikachu is cute, but he can do a lot of damage.
When your opponent has tons of damage, guess what? You can kill them with your Final Smash.
Good for destroying enemies on both sides of you if you can aim it correctly.
Trust me, you have a high hit ratio, and then Kirby gets the Smash Ball. It is really hard to dodge this stuff. I'm dead serious when I say Kirby can cook you to death.
Hilarious, entertaining, powerful. It's just like Kirby himself!
Super easy to dodge, but still my favorite Final Smash.
Other Final Smashes are too overpowered and overrated. Mario's Final Smash is just so original. It looks like Kamehameha.
Go right to the edge of the screen and then use this. You have a greater chance of hitting somebody.
I'm surprised this hasn't gotten any votes. If you play it right, you can kill everyone.
So easy to get the Smash Ball for one, laugh out loud. Damage your opponent a little (20-40%) and then use this. 99.9% chance of a KO.
This has to be the best. It's very similar to Sonic's Final Smash, and to make it better, you can shoot banana bombs that explode, and enemies you hit in the air also get damaged. I use Diddy Kong's Final Smash, and everyone begs for me to stop when I get the Smash Ball.
I love this Final Smash so much that I play as Pit almost all the time. When Pit calls up to the heavens for Palutena and then the Centurions come flying and attacking your enemies, it is so cool, awesome, and funny. I play as Pit all the time for reasons I won't say.
