Hardest Worlds in New Super Mario Bros Wii

The Top Ten
World 9: Star Land Star Land is a secret bonus world that unlocks after completing the main game. It features challenging levels filled with tricky platforming and hazardous environments.

DUH! Like, you have to get all the Star Coins for this, so it kinda has to be hard!

I haven't done a level in this world, but I know it will be hard.

Of course it is. Even Nintendo agrees.

World 8: Bowser's World Bowser's World is the final world in the main game and contains lava-filled stages with difficult enemies. The world culminates in a battle with Bowser, presenting some of the game's toughest challenges.

I cannot believe my eyes when I see that this world is number 8 on this list. More pain and effort go into this world than any other by a complete long shot!

The rocks that come out of the volcanoes annoy me and catch me off guard a lot.

Lots of difficult levels.

World 7: Cloud World Cloud World takes place in the sky, featuring cloud platforms and strong winds that make movement difficult. The levels require precision in timing and careful jumps to avoid falling.

I died about 47 times on Ludwig's fortress, and I STILL had to use Super Guide to beat it!

I couldn't get past the fortress, and that was 10- or 12-year-old me. Now I'm 18, and I still haven't beaten the fortress.

World 8, however, is even worse because I can't even make it past the first or second level! - Gehenna

Difficult but also boring.

World 3: Frozen World Frozen World introduces icy landscapes with slippery platforms and ice-based enemies. Players must navigate through frozen lakes and snow-covered terrain, facing environmental hazards.

Yeah, I've always had problems with this one.

Lemmy is officially a troll.

World 5: Jungle World Jungle World features dense forests, poisonous swamps, and vine-covered platforms. The stages include tricky enemies such as piranha plants and various hidden paths.

Man, all of the stages in this world are tough.

The definition of stupid and tedious.

It's in the middle.

World 6: Rock World Rock World is characterized by mountainous terrain, with boulders and rock formations serving as obstacles. The levels include difficult climbs and require careful navigation around moving platforms.

Mountain land, you mean. Yeah, it's in the middle.

World 2: Desert World Desert World consists of arid landscapes with quicksand, pyramids, and desert enemies. The environment introduces heat-based obstacles like fireballs and sandstorms.

Princess Peach would make a very big fuss if we don't complete this world fast.

It's the worst world ever. Ahhh!

World 1: Princess Peach's Kingdom Princess Peach's Kingdom is the starting world, offering easier levels designed to introduce players to basic mechanics. It includes grassy plains and simple enemies, providing a tutorial-like experience.
World 4: Water World Water World is primarily underwater, featuring levels where swimming mechanics play a major role. Players must avoid aquatic enemies while managing limited movement options underwater.
