Top 10 Darkest E Rated Video Games

I mean, how is this not rated E10+ or even T. Like even odyseey is more kid friendly than this. Majora is one most the most creepy looking things ever.
Literally the fate of countless characters lives are in Links hands and should Link fail in his mission then all of Termina is literally obliterated killing off everyone.
Absolutely the darkest and depressing games I have ever played, and it is also my favourite.
It's interesting to see how characters react to the end of the world.

Geez, Nintendo, how did this become rated E? And while an amazing game, it is surprisingly dark. Who could forget Mimi snapping her neck, spinning it around, becoming a spider, and chasing you through the halls. Man, how is this game rated E?
Pretty obvious this should be number 1. First, let me address a HUGE SPOILER WARNING! First of all, it has some of the most if not THE most disturbing music in games, (River Twgys Bed, World of nothing) and quite a few sad moments. Of course it has great humor but it also has whole worlds getting ripped to shreds... Now everyone in that kingdom doesn't die, they get erased, meaning they don't exist at all, this also happens to Jaydes and Grambis daughter Luvbi. Of course it isn't that dark because you see Luvbi in the end credits. But who knows? Maybe Jaydes and Grambi did something dark like sacrifice to revive her? You never know... Heck, you even kill a good guy! You witness wildlife and an entire civilization dying from pollution. You even work as a slave! This game is very cynical and dark. Also, river twgyz is literally said to have the tears of sinners, that is why the water is purple and the sinners disembodied hands try to drag you down. You literally get send to hell (by ...more
*SPOILER ALERT*
There are many dark moments in this game, but the most notable of all would have to be the ending, where Bleck and Tippi sacrifice themselves to save the world.

In a very gruesome scene the Shadow Queen devours the entire audience members.

In the opening sequence Gruntilda kills off Bottles who then turns into a ghost, later its revealed that Gruntilda plans to usr her sisters machine to suck up all life on the island to restore her old body the first person to suffer this fate was The King Jinjo who is turned into a zombie.
Shadow temple, The little girls mummy dad, dead hand, did I mention Shadow temple? just a really dark game overall

What starts of as a simple kidnapping of thebdragon eggs takes a dark turn when The Sorcerer reveals her real plan to kill off the dragon babies and take their wings.

This is rated E? Wow.

Giygas... Scariest Nintendo villain ever!

The other three Mario & Luigi games are EXTREMELY lighthearted compared to this. Like the others, this game's story was still funny and had a certain charm(the baby bros were cute), but it has some dark scenes. In Hollijolli Village, near the beginning of the game, cute little Toads are KILLED on Christmas.
My favourite RPG of all time is also the most darkest entry in the Mario & Luigi series.

The X are REALLY creepy. They enter a creature's body, multiply and then kill them. Then they will become a clone of that creature. The SA-X is also a HUGE source of dark nightmare fuel. Samus almost dies in the beginning of the game. I'm surprised nobody else added this
Not rated e but incredibly dark. Child death, suicide, and lots of other dark themes. It's rated e10+ but should be t
Undertake is e10

Why did I have to add this?

Saying Super Paper Mario is dark is like saying this game is dark. You start the game with giant black hands grabbing and kid napping your best friend, and at the end you find them hypnotized, insisting that you should play with them forever. You should play this game because is needs to be seen to be believed.

Based on the awesome movie, loosely based on the movie, and really dark
