Top 10 Songs that Would Fit Perfectly in the Tony Hawk Pro Skater Games
For those of you who don't know, Tony Hawk's Pro Skater is a long-running skateboarding video game series known for its arcade-style gameplay. The series is widely acclaimed, especially its earlier entries. The games are all about pulling off huge tricks, chaining together combos, and turning just about everything in sight into part of a line. They're amazing games all around.
Recently, I've been playing through a few of them on my GameCube, and one thing I noticed is that the soundtracks to these games are on point. So, with this list, I want to pay tribute to these amazing games and their amazing soundtracks by picking songs that would fit perfectly alongside them.
The criteria for this list are:
1. The songs have to fit the styles of music often featured in the games, so punk-related music, underground hip-hop, fast-paced metal, and old-school funk fusion would all be fitting.
2. They can be songs that are already in Tony Hawk games, but I'd prefer you get creative and add some that aren't in any of the games.
So pick your songs that make you want to grab your skateboard and start doing some Indy 900s along the way.

Tire Me - Rage Against the Machine
I feel like this RATM song would work because it has that very fast-paced punk feel that would fit well in the games.

The Wolf Is Loose - Mastodon
There are already some Mastodon songs in some of the games, so why not pick another?
-
Disorder - Nails
This song is quick, angry, heavy, and punk. Perfect for the Tony Hawk games.

This song would fit well with the whole underground hip-hop side of the soundtrack. I can picture doing some sick combos while this song is playing in the background.

Nosferatu - Coroner
A sick technical thrash metal instrumental while I land some sick combos in the skatepark.
