Top Ten Gareth Emery Songs
I can't believe for a second it took this long for this list to appear. Gareth Emery is a legend in trance music. His tracks are rapid, energetic, and so damn unique! He never ceases to make something beautiful from experimenting with different musical elements, and even the simplest of them can be calming, uplifting, as well as danceable. If you haven't heard his tracks, do so as soon as you can. You're in for a unique treat with every number.I'm in absolute awe of this song. It's eight minutes of absolute perfection. And it clearly means a lot to Gareth, as he named it after his daughter.
The track starts simply, with a light dub, but then you get a wonderful synth melody, and an uplifting, gorgeous echo, and then this accelerates with a sweet, sweet beat. Everything about it is just a paradise for your ears, and overall, it gives one a sense of sheer joy. I myself was feeling down recently, but this track could still penetrate my depression. How can one instrumental speak volumes like this?
The perfect finish to 100 Reasons To Live, and my favourite track of 2016 so far. Keep making tracks like this, Gareth. You have a talent that can really help people through their troubles.
Absolutely the best piece of music I have ever heard. One of the rare pieces that injects so much emotion every time I hear it.
Best, absolute best.
Much like Sansa, this is a brilliant piece of music, that takes you into a state of total nirvana. Gareth Emery did finish his second album with this, which he recorded during a tour of the United States, and the video really tells you what a fantastic experience that must have been. The only thing better, is to close your eyes, listen, and let your imagination run wild.
Such a beautiful, soulful and peaceful song. This is the best of the best. Number 1 song in my opinion.
When Gareth goes electro, he really goes electro. And this wild piece is just what it should be.
This is absolute poetic perfection in the form of laid back trance.
Gareth's sister has a voice with the depth of a classic soul singer. Put that with uplifting trance, and you truly get something astonishing.
Isolating Roxanne's vocals really makes you appreciate her vocal power, and her soulful atmosphere. Then you get an equally beautiful bass, which makes the song.
Absolute Beauty
All time favourite. The groove and everything about it is just bamm!
