Every solo on Slane Castle is obviously worth a mention. However, even in the midst of Scar Tissue, Parallel Universe, Californication, and more, this particular performance of the song damn near brings me to tears every time.

I’ve always liked the album version of Throw Away Your Television, but when I unexpectedly heard this solo for the first time, my infinite love for John Frusciante was further immortalized.
