This song is really, really popular and I don’t know why. It’s everywhere on tik tok, and some people see it as a meme (even though it isn’t funny) and it’s actually considered good somehow? As someone who hates country music, the first time I heard it, it wasn’t the worst. But as I kept hearing it, it just got more annoying, especially considering how much everyone likes it. Ok time to stop talking about my least favorite song

Ask a 10 year old who watches movies about teenagers thinking they’re so cool to write a song. This is exactly what they’ll come up with.

You see after the word “wow” in the title, there’s a period? That represents the song. There’s barely any effort or energy in this song and that’s why it’s not an exclamation point.

It has a good message, it has good vocals, but it’s played so much that it probably annoys everyone by now.

6. East Side by Benny Blanco, Halsey, and Khalid
It has a nice storyline in the lyrics, and Halsey and Khalid both sound really good. There’s just other songs that I like more!

5. If I Can’t Have You by Shawn Mendes
I heard this song for the first time on Kahoot Live Stream. I think it’s a really upbeat and catchy song, and I love the line “everything means nothing if I can’t have you.”

4. Sunflower by Post Malone

3. Bad Guy by Billie Eyelash
I think Billie Eilish’s music has a really unique sound, and this song is one of my favorites from the album. It’s a more upbeat song, but it still has a dark sound, so it’s cool.

2. Happier by Marshmello and Bastille
It’s a Marshmello and Bastille collaboration, which already makes it amazing. It’s a happy sounding song, but with a kind of sad meaning. I really like songs like that, another artist who does that a lot is Twenty One Pilots (some examples are Migraine and Not Today). I think it’s cool because if you’re in a good mood, you can pay attention to the best but if you’re in a bad mood, you can pay attention to the lyrics.
