He was typecast. He definitely could have had more roles and been bigger.
The Princess Bride (1987), Glory (1989), Bram Stoker's Dracula (1992), Robin Hood: Men in Tights (1993), Twister (1996), and Saw (2004) were his most famous roles.

Bruce Lorne Campbell is an American actor, voice artist, director, writer, producer, comedian and author of Scottish descent. Really, his only big famous role was as Ash in The Evil Dead (1981-2023).
And yes, he played multiple side characters in Spider-Man, Spider-Man 2, and Spider-Man 3. But he will always be known for Ash.

After those, he is pretty much gone. If Jericho had more seasons, he probably would have been more famous.
