Top 10 Characters in the Lord of the Rings Movies with the Best Hair
Lord of the Rings movies are the longest 3 L'Oréal Paris commercials you will ever watch, filled with characters that, even in the midst of battles for life and death, keep their hair majestic. However, only one head of hair may rule them all. Who do you think it should be?

Galadriel's hair is literally a minor plot point. Twice. That's how gorgeous it is. It was a tough call between her and Legolas, but the gentle curls just add a little something extra that earns her first place.

The first non-elf on this list!

I don't recall where I read this, or even if this was actually about Legolas, but I think that it is a pretty good description of him:
When witnessing this character, viewers either:
1. Wanted to be him
2. Wanted to be with him
3. Wanted his hair
4. Some combination of the above
He earned his spot on this list without even trying. Seriously though, he always looks almost effortlessly fresh, even in the middle of battle, where everyone else is covered in dirt and whatever.
Some may say it is his plot armor, some may say it is because he is an elf, but I say it's because he's Legolas, king of hair. The only thing that keeps him from being #1 (in my books) is the fact that it is sometimes gelled back to the point of looking more like a greasy Draco Malfoy than a majestic elf prince.
Other than those occasions, 10/10.

When 70% of what you do as a character is stand and look pretty, you've got to have fabulous hair.

Curly hair is massively underrated, and Rosie Cotton's perfect ringlets are no exception.

His hair is completely different in the books than it is in the movies, but in either rendition, this Captain of Gondor shows his quality. Even when he is in Ithilien, he still clearly takes care of his hair.
(Insert Denethor joke about Faramir's hair in comparison to Boromir's hair.)

It's hard to believe he does not wear wigs. That he has not worn wigs.
Will he wear wigs?
Maybe.
When will he wear wigs?
The world may never know.

As great as he is, he really looks like he needs to wash his hair about 80% of the time he is on screen. He never turns full-on Severus Snape, but he (broken) toes that line...

One does not simply neglect to include Boromir.

The Newcomers

His hairline isn't as good as others, but that isn't stopping him from earning a place on this list.
