Spider‑Man: Into the Spider‑Verse
This was honestly the best animated movie of 2018 and one of the best comic book movies out there. The animation and visuals were stunning, the story is compelling, the characters are lovable, the humor is spot on, the music is great, and there are practically no major flaws in this film. It's quite difficult to even nitpick.
Unlike most of the movies on this list, this one made some groundbreaking changes for animation as a medium. It feels like it will stand the test of time. I truly hope it will win an Oscar.
I think this will be the best from Sony Pictures Animation. The animation looks amazing and is something I've never seen before. The character designs look so realistic that they kind of look like live action characters.
I'm kind of hyped for this, and I hope Animat won't hate on the film.

Incredibles 2
It's been way too long since the original came out, and now we're finally getting a sequel. I'm hyped.
This movie truly is the definition of awesome! I might do a post comparing the first and this one, but I can say this movie was excellent!
I thought Incredibles 2 should be at number 1. It's one of the best movies of 2018.

Ralph Breaks the Internet
Just saw this yesterday. In my opinion, far better than the first Wreck-It Ralph movie! Anyways, I'd give it a 9/10.
I nearly fainted when I saw the Disney princess voice actresses come out on stage at the D23 Expo panel.

Hotel Transylvania 3: Summer Vacation
This is the best movie of 2018. Even though I also like The Grinch movie, this one is a good movie.

Teen Titans Go!: To the Movies
Is it wrong to say that I enjoyed this more than Incredibles 2 and Ralph Breaks the Internet combined?
So original and fun for the whole family. It's amazing how funny they can poke fun at themselves.
Better than the show that it's based on by far!

Early Man
Aardman is one of my favorite animation studios. They made timeless masterpieces like Wallace and Gromit and Flushed Away! They never get old.
This movie looks like the perfect mix between Wallace and Gromit and The Croods! I'm so glad this will be released early next year. I'm so excited, and I expect it to be one of the best movies of 2018!
Perhaps we have treated this movie too harshly. This is an actual masterpiece compared to Chicken Run: Dawn of the Nugget.
The studio that made Shaun the Sheep made this. Shaun the Sheep Movie is a great film.

The Grinch
This will be the ninth Illumination Entertainment movie. The only reason I'm looking forward to it is because it's another movie based on a Dr. Seuss book, and I really loved The Lorax (2012) as it had a powerful message and wonderful animation. This movie seems to have good animation too!
Loved how they made a film with the original Dr. Seuss book dialogue.

This film looks awesome. I love anime, and I'm a big Batman fan, so that alone sounds like the perfect combination.
THE best film I've seen this year. I love anime, Batman, and Catwoman.

When Batman and Scooby-Doo teamed up in the 1970s, it was comedy gold. I hope this film is really fun too.
