Literally probably the wackiest nutball, and I LOVE IT! Wonka is such a unique and interesting character to portray, especially since he is such a little cinnamon roll with a fabulous haircut. Honestly, you can't get any more inventive, fun, and just overall great from a Johnny Depp character.
Really, for me it's a tie between the Mad Hatter and Willy Wonka. He plays them so well, and I love those more pleasantly eccentric characters.

His co-stars are two of the great Hollywood names -- Marlon Brando and Faye Dunaway -- but Depp outshines them both.
