Top 10 Movies the MPAA Has Rated Most Incorrectly
Revenge of the Sith deserved to be rated PG-13, but this? Not even close to being as violent.
PG-13? Open your eyes, MPAA! There is a bad word in the title! Other than that, it was really kid-friendly.
Does not deserve a PG-13 rating. No blood.
This should be rated R, or even X, because billions of innocent people were destroyed by the Starkiller blast. Their deaths were shown in detail as they were burned and blinded by the beam. Plus, the character Kylo Ren killed was Han Solo, one of the most iconic movie characters of all time.
Doesn't sound like there's a more intense movie than this.
Same as Rogue One - rated PG-13 for no reason.
Why are most of the Avenger movies on here? They are all incredible and pretty family-friendly, besides a little bit of cussing. And is there blood? Not much. I would say the most violent and intense Avenger movie was Infinity War.
It is actually lighter and softer than the previous two.
Maybe Quicksilver's death pushed the MPAA to make it PG-13.
Why is this not rated G (joking).
This was innocent. Was the part with Spidey being trapped under a bunch of rocks too intense for sensitive viewers?
The theatrical release had a scene where a man was touching the main protagonist's private parts! Y'KNOW, FOR KIDS! Thank goodness it was removed from the home media releases of the movie.
The original version had inappropriate scenes!
The Newcomers
Although they show Bart's private part, it doesn't mean it should be PG-13.
PG-13 would've been so much better as an MPAA rating, but the system was so dumb they rated it PG. Because paranormal activity is for kids! Let's have 7-year-olds watch this! In fact, bring in the whole family - this is family-friendly! (sarcasm)
It's rated PG (it actually is), so take your whole family and watch that fun PG movie!
Why a PG rating? This movie takes place in Vegas - Sin City! They show alcohol, gambling, mild crude humor, and a teen girl impersonating a stripper (no nudity, though). This should be rated PG-13!
I think it should be PG-13 for the scary scene with the possessed Aipom.
