I've heard my K-popper friends play this song at school. At that time, I had no idea what Blackpink was and wasn't so interested in the whole Korean wave. Sure, the Korean wave started here a bit earlier than in Western countries (it started around when I was in elementary school or so, when SNSD was still a big hit). However, I wasn't really into it except when I was in 4th grade. The only band I knew then was SNSD. Recently, I was bored, so I listened to Boombayah and Whistle, and then I came across this song named Playing with Fire. I clicked it and guess what? IT WAS THE SONG MY FRIENDS PLAYED ONCE!
