Top 10 Most Surprisingly Good Albums of 2010-2011

You didn't expect much from these albums, but you liked them when they came out.

The Top Ten
  1. Dream With Me - Jackie Evancho

David Foster produced an album that just gets better with time. Still better is the PBS Great Performances "Dream With Me. In Concert" Blu-ray, DVD, and soundtrack. There you can see for yourself the magic of this young lady.

How can someone this young produce a masterpiece like this? She had help from David Foster, but it's her astonishing talent that shines through.

I bought this album after hearing Jackie on YouTube.

    Wow.

The next day I ordered every available album she has produced.

  2. Love? - Jennifer Lopez

I love J. Lo very much, but her 2007 albums Como Ama Una Mujer and Brave were flops. She tried to come back in 2009 and 2010 with awful songs like "Fresh Out the Oven" and "Louboutins," but failed again.

Of course, I didn't expect much from this album, but I changed my mind. Love? is a great record. J. Lo rules!

  3. O Holy Night - Jackie Evancho

This CD allowed Jackie Evancho to break Michael Jackson's record as the youngest artist in US chart history to have a Top 2 and Platinum CD.

  4. Pulse - Toni Braxton

The amazing diva of the '90s proved that she is alive and still makes great music.

  5. Killer Love - Nicole Scherzinger

Wow, this girl can sing, dance, and entertain.

  6. The Final Frontier - Iron Maiden

  7. Here I Am - Kelly Rowland

She had a very long pause, but she recorded a decent album.

  8. Sale el Sol - Shakira

After the disappointing electro-pop She Wolf, I thought this album would be the same, but I was wrong. Sale el Sol has a great amount of awesome songs.

  9. Make a Scene - Sophie Ellis-Bextor

Haha, I thought she had finished her career. Nice to know I was so wrong.

  10. Femme Fatale - Britney Spears

She is just awesome, man! I mean, with a song like "Criminal," she has made a good place in my heart again.

She truly deserves to be the number one diva in the world.

I was not disappointed at all when I listened to this. The songs are awesome! I love her voice and own all her albums. I don't understand why anybody wouldn't like her. Her talent is amazing.

My favorite songs on this album are: Till the World Ends, Gasoline, and I Wanna Go.

This woman has so many haters. I read awful reviews of Femme Fatale, but I found some really great tracks. Just leave her alone.

  11. The Newcomers
  12. ?

    Imaginaerum - Nightwish

  13. ?

The King of Limbs - Radiohead

  14. The Contenders
  15. Música + Alma + Sexo - Ricky Martin

Really great album. I didn't like the first single, but the rest is awesome. Ricky is still better than crybaby E. Iglesias.

  16. Original Me - Cascada

Evacuate the Dancefloor was a big disappointment, but not this one.

  17. A Thousand Suns - Linkin Park

I really love these guys, but I wasn't sure about this album. Silly me. It was great, as always.

  18. Soldier of Love - Sade

  19. A Dramatic Turn of Events - Dream Theater

  20. Heritage - Opeth
