Little Hell - City and Colour
Canada's greatest recording artist put out his third album in 2011. While Little Hell is arguably the "worst" of his three releases, it's only the "worst" because the other two have a slight edge over it. And I mean slight. Still one of the greatest albums I've ever heard, and, not counting Bon Iver, Bon Iver, the greatest album of 2011.
Most underrated? This is simply the best album of the year. Way better than 21, better than Bon Iver.
-
Section.80 - Kendrick Lamar
This was the most underrated hip-hop/rap album of 2011. Ask any rap fan and they will agree. A very good album.

Wasting Light - Foo Fighters
Had two of the best songs of 2011 (Walk and Rope), and the rest of the songs are straight-up amazing.
