She actually made music for a label called "See-Saw." Then in 2002, she had compilations under Pony Canyon.
I think Apple Music and YouTube have her listed under Pony Canyon Inc. I just included these singers because I searched "Pony Canyon best collection" and found these singers with compilations under Pony Canyon. I plan to check some of these singers out, and I might even make a list called Best City Pop Singers.
Amii Ozaki

She has written popular songs for singers such as Anri and Seiko Matsuda. Her mother makes popular handbags and purses crafted from vintage obi. Her stage name, "Ami," is French for "friend." She released her first song, "Meisou" (冥想), in 1976.

I don't know if she's alive or dead. All I heard is that she's a Japanese Enka singer and made music from 1989 to 1992.
