Reasons Why Anime and American Cartoons Are Equally Great

Avatar, Steven Universe, Gravity Falls, and Teen Titans are all awesome cartoons with interesting stories. Also, Naruto, Dragonball, Fullmetal Alchemist, and classic Yugioh are all awesome anime shows
with interesting stories. Now, if you disagree with this list, at least compare comparable anime and cartoon shows.

1 Both have shows with interesting stories

Actually, to the dude that said "Anime has better animation than American cartoons" is wrong, while I do love both Cartoons and Anime, cartoons have a smoother and life like movement to their animation.

While I'm definitely not a huge fan of anime, I respect it and I will say that anime has better animation than American cartoons.

My equally great lists suck. I made two many of them and they're all basically the same.

Everyone has a different opinions ok? but seriously, both got really cool stories behind the humor...

2 Both have humor, just depends on the show

Yeah. Sometimes anime is funny, sometimes American cartoons are funny.

3 Both have likable and awesome characters

4 Both have stereotypes

5 Anime shows and cartoon shows sometimes look like each other

Ex.Avatar is a cartoon that looks like an anime. Naruto- Naruto has spiky hair like
Bart Simpson or Johny Test.

6 Both have good fight scenes

7 Both have good villains

8 Both can be surreal

That's what I love so much about anime, but American shows can be surreal too. Just not in the same way as anime.

9 Both are inspired by each other

10 Both can be overrated and underrated

Anime doesn't have fart jokes. Maybe, but not as much as cartoons.

14 Both have great voice acting (English & Japanese)
