I noticed ground cumin used in dried sausages (salami), pork or pork with beef, combined with black pepper. - Metal_Treasure
Goes with baked chicken and Turkey - a mix of paprika and butter is even better and gives a nice crust, esp. on the skin. I like paprika only in small doses.
