Top 10 Pro Sports Teams with the Most Annoying Fans

Sports fans are passionate about their teams, and while most of them show support in a positive and respectful manner, some fans tend to take it too far, becoming overly obnoxious and annoying to others. These fans can often ruin the game-day experience for everyone else.

From football to baseball and basketball to hockey, every major sports league has its share of die-hard fans who can be difficult to tolerate. Factors such as team success, location, and historical rivalries can all contribute to the intensity of a fan base. While some fans are simply passionate and loud, others can be downright unbearable, engaging in obnoxious behavior like trash-talking, taunting, and even physical altercations. Without further ado, let's take a closer look at the ten teams whose fans are most likely to make you want to rip your hair out.
The Top Ten
1 Chicago Blackhawks The Chicago Blackhawks are a professional ice hockey team based in Chicago, Illinois. They are members of the Central Division of the Western Conference of the National Hockey League. They have won six Stanley Cup championships since their founding in 1926.

Remember when everyone was sympathetic for these guys like in 2004? Now a lot of them are arrogant and just as bad as the Yankees.

5 Dallas Cowboys The Dallas Cowboys are a professional American football team based in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. The Cowboys compete in the National Football League as a member club of the league's National Football Conference East division.

Dallas has by far the most annoying fan base! They beat up on a weak division, then go into the playoffs like a deer in the headlights. Everything they did well all season, they do the reverse.

The fans are all over the place, running their mouths constantly. They haven't even made the NFC Championship game since January 1996, nearly 30 years.

Another group of people who are quickly catching up are the bandwagon jumpers. Starting in the 80s, they go from the Niners to the Cowboys to the Broncos to the Patriots to the Steelers to the Patriots to briefly the Seahawks to the Patriots to the Chiefs.

It must be nice to lay your head down when your team is constantly winning. True fans like me stick with their see-saw team throughout. My Commanders have been mostly down for the past 31 seasons. I'm not going anywhere.

6 New England Patriots The New England Patriots are a professional American football team based in the Greater Boston region. New England Patriots are one of the few teams to have 5+ wins in the Super Bowl.

All they do is go on about their dynasty and how Brady is the GOAT. Shut up, okay! We get it already. You play in a cakewalk of a division and always pull off some sorcery to win.

You do realize you have been the luckiest NFL franchise, right? Also, bandwagoners galore!

7 Philadelphia Eagles The Philadelphia Eagles are a professional football franchise based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The Eagles compete in the National Football League as a member club of the league's National Football Conference East division.

Yeah, yeah, you won a Super Bowl. Still doesn't excuse the fanbase for talking crap to everyone else. #DieEaglesDie.

8 New York Yankees The New York Yankees are an American professional baseball team based in the Bronx, New York City, New York, that competes in Major League Baseball.

They are the Patriots of Baseball. They have been one of the best in Baseball history, but their only comeback is, "27 Championships!"

I'm surprised at the constant unsportsmanlike attitude presented by New York Giants fans. Is it not enough to just enjoy the sport?

A friend of mine (who just happens to be a Giants fan) called me a bandwagon because I liked the Patriots.

13 Minnesota Vikings The Minnesota Vikings are an American football team based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The Vikings joined the National Football League as an expansion team in 1960, and first took the field for the 1961 season.

Every year they think they are winning the Super Bowl, only to come up short. They had a Minneapolis miracle followed by the aftermath of losing to Philadelphia.

Wake me up when you make it to the Super Bowl. Then we'll talk.
