There are tons of current music groups out there that have been active for years now. While many of them continue to prove to us that they deserve to be here, some seem to be outstaying their welcome. Why? It could be because they've changed their direction, switched out a few key band members, or lost their gift of writing quality songs. Whatever the primary reason is, they're alienating fans and need to make a decision as to whether they're going to try to make things right or hang up their guitar straps for good. This list compiles the top ten bands that just aren't what they used to be.

Skillet is an American Christian rock band formed in Memphis, Tennessee in 1996 and based in the United States.
Say what you will, with only a few good songs, Unleashed really was a terrible album as a whole. Rather than making good music like they once did, Skillet is more focusing on making "cool" songs. But most of Skillet's fanbase would probably prefer they just made good songs again. I know I'm not the only one who wants a return to the style of "Collide." - LarkwingFlight
