Top 10 Classical Music Waltzes

I was surprised there was no list about it. In general, there aren't many lists about Classical Music on this site.

Waltz is usually in 3/4 time, aka waltz time signature (1-2-3). It's a very graceful time signature, so is the ballroom dance.
Vienna, Austria, is world's capital city of this subgenre. But Russian composers wrote excellent waltzes as well.
Johann Strauss II (Austrian) and Tchaikovsky (Russian) stand out.
