This is for TV comedies with several outstanding performers, not just a handful of featured players, including recurring and guest characters.

The Top Ten

1 Seinfeld Seinfeld Four single friends -- comic Jerry Seinfeld, bungling George Costanza, frustrated working gal Elaine Benes and eccentric neighbor Cosmo Kramer -- deal with the absurdities of everyday life in New York City.

Not only these fours. There were many other great characters. But I liked George's performance most. - zxm

10 Scrubs Scrubs

Have to say Scrubs makes me laugh so much. It has for years! It's a shame I'm the only member of my family who gets it. I have to watch and laugh alone.
Deserves to be in the top 3 though methinks. - Britgirl

This isn't a ranking of which shows were necessarily better or brought the most laughs but which had extensive groups of outstanding actors/characters... I'd say Scrubs loses points for a dilution and drop in quality the last couple of seasons. - Billyv
