1 Eat Healthier

This is something we all need to do a better job of. It's okay to eat sweets every now and then but you need to make sure you're eating the right foods. You need to restrict yourself a little bit and diet if you must to keep away from the sweets. Just remember to be realistic and start small. Lower your daily sugar intake and eat more fruits and veggies.

Always look for alternatives such as turkey bacon and filtered milk. Don't eat a bunch of salt and sugar. It is a good thing to eat healthier for the new year.

2 Exercise More

It's important to exercise on a regular basis to make you feel better about yourself but it's important to be realistic with where you're at. If you're not consistently working out you should start by working out more consistently and starting out small. Don't go super heavy if you lift weights. Work on form and technique before going super heavy. If you're already working out on a consistent basis work on lifting more weight and trying a new workout routine every month or so. That way you'll be focusing on more muscle areas.

3 Take a Social Media Break

It seems like everyone is obsessed with social media nowadays. It's very easy to scroll through Twitter Instagram or TikTok for hours on end. Work on limiting yourself from social media. Remember it's important to be present and in the moment with friends and family. Some helpful advice for a social media detox include deleting unused apps, turning your phone off 1 hour before bed at least one night a week, take at least one day off social media per week. You'll be surprised at how limiting your time on your phone can make you feel more free and also present in the moment

4 Move to Another Country

Can't handle skyrocketing inflation, crime, and woke politics that are constantly plaguing the so-called country you live in? Always hearing bad things happening on the local news channel? Are you afraid that someone might attack you just because you believe in something that they don't? If you answered yes to any of these questions, have I got a solution for you, my friend. You can always pack up your belongings, look towards the future, and kiss the plagued 2022 goodbye! Sometimes you need a fresh, brand-new start in your life. I mean, who wouldn't?

5 Try Something New

It's always good to try something new and step outside your comfort zone. You might realize you have a hidden talent in something you never would've expected. It could be just going to a new restaurant in town or trying a new workout routine remember it's always good to start small and it's okay to fail at first. They say you have to start somewhere after all.

Try something new such as abandoning TikTok and switching to this website called "The Top Ten" for a change.

6 Start Budgeting

Anyone can and should start budgeting their money. It's important to do so to save for the future and to know how much money you are spending and where to spend it. Take care of your needs first like utilities other bills food mortgages and car payments. But also set aside a little bit for yourself to treat yourself every once in awhile. Keeping track of your money will make things easier for you so you don't wake up and panic because you don't know where your money went

Save money. Go to Dollar Tree. Go to Ollie's Bargain Outlet. Those are two store chains that won't break your hard-earned bank.

7 Clean Out Your Living Space

Decluttering is important for multiple reasons. Mainly it makes things a lot easier to store and organize. And you can get rid of unnecessary items you still have like old clothes or old tools. After Christmas is a good time to get rid of your old stuff to make room for the new stuff you just got.

Cleaning is good for your house. Just don't clean too much or else you might become a clean freak. Trust me, I dealt with one of those before.

8 Set Aside Time for Yourself

Our world is moving faster and faster making it easy to forget to give yourself some time. It's important to set time aside to do whatever you'd like. Give yourself a chance to relax or focus on a passion or hobby that interests you. Give yourself a little time each day to do something that interests you or take a weekend off every once in awhile to relax and treat yourself.

Stop waiting for something and start doing something! Enough said.

9 Become More Responsible

This is a bit vague but what I mean by this is clean up after yourself a little more. Set aside time to clean up your house and room regularly. Even something simple like doing laundry once a week or taking 30 seconds to clean off the dishes after you use them before putting them in the dishwasher will go a long ways

I'm getting bored at this point. Be a responsible person and don't waste your money and time.

10 Get Rid of a Toxic Trait

This is something that everyone can work on. We all have toxic traits that we need to work on to improve and become the best version of ourselves. It won't happen overnight but over time it is possible to change for the better

Don't be toxic or else people will be toxic to you.

11 Become More Organized

This is something we all should do no matter what. Create a daily routine and stick to it. Use your calendar to schedule and plan your events ahead of time. Don't forget to set time aside for meals, cleaning up every other week or so and of course vacations and other activities. On top of that it's important to keep your room, office, dorm, etc organized and clean so you can find what you need when you need it

The world today is pretty bad. We need god
