This list will be largely taken from media and Hollywood because, if we're being honest, who has actually gotten a swirly or been shoved into a locker?

  1. Give you a hanging wedgie

    Anybody who's received a wedgie knows how brutal it can be. Imagine that brutality is prolonged for multiple minutes or potentially hours. The prolonged, unrelenting force exerted by gravity crushing your nethers has to be one of the cruelest things a bully can do. Additionally, the stereotypical act of being hung up on a flagpole would be much worse IRL, considering you'd die if your underwear ripped, but high school comedies aren't known for being logical.

  2. Give you a dirty swirly

    While a regular swirly may be more forgivable, being dunked headfirst in a diarrhea-filled toilet bowl will probably scar you for life mentally, and can potentially make you sick physically. Because it's usually incredibly temporary, and doesn't cause physical pain, it's probably "better" than a hanging wedgie, but both would likely be exponentially more traumatising than what Hollywood makes them out to be.

  3. Steal your clothes while you're in the shower and lock you out of the locker room

    While this "prank" is devoid of physical harm, I can only imagine it would be extremely traumatising to be forced out in the open naked.

  4. Pants you in front of your crush

    Just getting pantsed normally is bad, let alone in front of your crush.

  5. Trip you while you're holding your lunch tray when they're serving Sloppy Joes and soup

  6. Duct-tape you to a toilet seat

  7. Throw you in the school dumpster that's full enough for it to reek and get you covered in muck, but empty enough that you can't climb out
