Are You Serious?!

IronSabbathPriest Ladies and gentlemen! IronSabbathPriest here, with a rant. What is this rant about I here you ask. Well, it's about the sad, pathetic excuses for lists the majority of the population on this site have come to love. Top Ten User of the Month lists!

I believe that the idea for these lists was introduced in about mid-late 2014. When I was just a baby toptenner. I don't know who the first creator was, but boy. Have they started a bad trend.

Top Ten User of the Month Lists are a way for people to suck up to everyone so they can get thanks for "putting me first" and getting into the most popular lists of the week. And the items included are out of order. The creator includes their BFF in the whole wide world as first place, whilst the other nine would be the first things that come into their simple minds. Users such as, I don't know... PositronWildhawk, to name one. Now, that's not really a bad thing, considering he actually does stuff in the week. I'd rather have a cliche list of users such as Pos, because at least then, the list would be decent. Because it'd be truthful. But the users mostly on lists such as these, are only on their for "being nice"

Oh, but ISP, stop being such an idiot
. Give the new users a chance, they're new for christ's sake. NO. This is NOT primary school. This is the internet. No one's going to physically hurt you. So if a new user actually wants to be on a list like this, they should prove themselves. Now, that has been seen with users such as LizardKing99. A new user who is already making great lists AND is great to talk to. If you are a new user and you want my respect, you do that. Otherwise, you're just another brick in the wall to me.

Not to mention, I think we are seeing the beginnings of a user returning. And I'll give you a hint as to who that is. He hates Arthur, more than I hate User Ranking Lists.

I am scared. I really am concerned about what this site is becoming. I also never thought I would be so drawn in to a website. Maybe it is just me being an idiot.
