Top 10 Best Cult Classic Movies
-
The Rocky Horror Picture Show
Saw it about 50 times when I was young during the '70s at the midnight show after partying all night.
Great times were had. Miss them. Go Tim Curry. You made my teen and young adult years fun.
-
A Clockwork Orange
One of my all-time favorites, and one of the best by Kubrick.
-
Big Trouble in Little China
The weirdest movie I have ever seen.
-
Monty Python and the Holy Grail
-
The Blues Brothers
The writing is fantastic, the action is out of this world, the comedy is spot on and never misses, the songs are extremely memorable, the cast is fantastic, the acting is great, the cameos are great, and the third act features one of the greatest car chases of all time.
It's a masterpiece, and more people need to talk about this movie. RIP John Belushi.

This Is Spinal Tap
This should be number two, right behind Rocky Horror.
-
Eraserhead
-
Blade Runner
Harrison Ford stars in a brilliant, darkly futuristic thriller, and it only gets one lousy percent here?
-
Pulp Fiction
I also think there's a strong argument to be made that Pulp Fiction is the greatest movie of the '90s.
-
Barbarella
-
?
Watchmen
The most underrated film of all time. The intricate story and deep themes of the graphic novel shine through, in spite of the mixed reviews.
-

Hocus Pocus
Hocus Pocus wasn't as successful and received mixed reviews (some were negative) initially. This is one of those films that received a cult following and is now considered successful.
-
Reservoir Dogs
This is one of my favorite movies.
-
Fight Club
The best movie ever created! And the book is great too. Palahniuk is God!
-
The Big Lebowski
This is by far the best cult movie of all time, if not one of the best movies ever.

Hey, I live right next to Fargo, so maybe that makes me more partial to this film.
