Top 10 Best Fighting Movies of All Time
The movie is really great. Great actors, great scenes, and brilliant production. Even though I'm only 14 years old from Australia, I can feel the essence of the movie, the tension between the characters, the expression, and the thrill.
I recommend the movie if you want action, thrill, and fighting. For me, I'll rate the movie 7 out of 10. Enjoy!
Absolutely the best fighting movie of all time. The moves and technique quality are great, combined with an interesting plot, making it a wholesome movie. Really a legendary film.
It is the best fighting movie and also the greatest film of all time. It never becomes less interesting at any time.
Rocky is my personal role model. I'll never be old enough to stop saying I want to be like him.
In my opinion, Rocky is the greatest fighting movie ever made. Thank you, Rocky.
Never Back Down is a childhood favorite! The UFC blew up huge years after this was released.
Critics really hated this movie, but it is actually a great film with a good storyline and a lot of action. You really relate to the main character, and his reasons for fighting are understandable. I would watch this movie again. 10/10.
Best film I've ever seen. You could never beat this film. It's one of the best. You should get this film.
This movie is one of a kind. It is much better than Street Fighter, and it is an amazing movie to watch, with a gripping storyline and soundtrack! There are spectacular visual effects and moves.
Mortal Kombat is the line drawn between amazing, unforgettable action-packed thrillers and overrated baby movies. I think it stepped on the good side!
Mortal Kombat, based on the greatest fighting game ever, is, of course, one of the greatest movies too. It's a fantastic action/adventure movie with many impressive fights.
Last Man Standing is the best Undisputed! Michael Jai White is amazing in this movie!
Undisputed II is by far the best! Everyone knows this! Michael Jai White is so good in this movie!
The standard-bearer as far as I'm concerned. I love the way Isaac Florentine shoots and frames the fights.
When I think of fight movies, Warrior is the first one to come to mind. Watching this movie was so thrilling, and I could feel the adrenaline rush through my body. What I liked about it was how real it felt. This is my favorite fighting movie. Easily my number one.
This should be number one. Not only was the fighting great in this movie, but the story was amazing. It is a lot better than the others ranked above it, which are only up there for flashy moves, not for the story.
This movie deserves to be in the top 5. It's so intense throughout the whole film. Also, it should be considered one of the best movies of all time. Can't believe it didn't get nominated for any Oscars! My favorite movie!
This movie is utterly fantastic. Rocky is a very close second. I was going to vote for Rocky because at least the fighting in Rocky is actually real-life and possible, but this movie...
I have no idea how this great movie fell behind Fight Club, which is not even a real fighting movie. It has like three or four fight scenes. Enter the Dragon is by far one of the best fighting movies of its time.
No doubt Bruce Lee was the greatest martial artist of all time. Not only this movie, but all of his movies are superb. I have seen all of his films. Enter the Dragon is full of thrill and is the best movie.
Awesome Taekwondo by Michael Jai White. I think this more than deserves to be in the top ten.
Blood & Bone is a powerhouse that will break your bones!
This movie is just... no. I cannot explain with words. You must see it.
It is actually more about capitalism, first world problems, delusions in an average man's life, and the unreachable goals set by the media for us to make the rich and corrupt even more successful. It has, at most, 25 minutes of fighting.
This movie is the greatest of all time and deserves to be number one on the list. It has so many great moments and is great! Please vote up!
Fight Club is always in the top ten movies of all time lists, no matter what website. This movie has its moments when it comes to action!
Russell Crowe and Joaquin Phoenix are brilliant in Gladiator.
The Newcomers
I'm not sure about the series and wasn't aware there was one. I think this was a pretty good movie, and I didn't think it could turn into a series unless it followed the same characters. I say that because the story itself seemed to have an end for the two main characters and the plot overall.
I have to at least watch the trailers for the others before I would consider watching them, but I really think that after the first, it would be a flat storyline and B-rate at best, with unknowns who probably didn't continue in their careers.
Hardcore action, and Jet Li is my all-time favorite. The close-range martial arts fights in this movie are awesome.
Unleashed is a childhood favorite! It's a great story for combat fighting action lovers!
Brilliantly crafted fight scenes are further enhanced by a unique and innovative display of Indonesian martial arts (silat). This is embellished by a perfect cast, with Iko Uwais delivering believable animosity and admirable prowess. Not to mention several wow moments of action that leave the viewer breathless.
This movie's fight scenes are brilliant. They are more focused on close-range, deadly fights. Scenes are fast and intense, and not boring. Adrenaline bursts from the moment the action begins until the end of the movie. Love this movie!
The Fighter is the greatest performance ever! That performance is by Christian Bale, who won an Oscar, and definitely deserved it! This movie was so amazing to watch!
One of the greatest boxing movies and performances ever made! I have to mention how good Christian Bale was.
The Fighter is a refreshing take on boxing movies. There hasn't been a good boxing flick in a long time, and this one competes with Rocky and others.
Jean-Claude Van Damme is the greatest fighter in the Western world!
Bloodsport is an awesome movie. I watched it accidentally on TV. Now, I am a fan of Van Damme from India.
This is one of those films you can watch again. Classic!
This is the most thought-provoking boxing film of all time. The inspiration it provides is real.
Million Dollar Baby is seriously underrated. It should be in the top five or at least the top ten.
Kickboxer is one of the greatest movies I've watched, along with Bloodsport. Jean-Claude Van Damme is an amazing actor, and I just wish they hadn't killed him off so early in the series because it could've been a lot more exciting with him as the main character.
I love this movie and No Retreat, No Surrender. I hope one day they have it on iTunes and Amazon Instant Video. I will buy it.
Jean is the greatest martial artist of all time, and this is his best film ever made. Please vote up!
Raging Bull is the prime of Robert De Niro's career. It is his greatest performance, and the movie was overall pretty good. It definitely deserves the number one spot!
This movie was, and still is, a true masterpiece of cinema! Excellent performances, a boxing movie that is actually enjoyable and maintains its realism.
Raging Bull has the most excellent performance you will see from Robert De Niro.
Considering the fight scene mechanics in the graphic novel, I was worried they would have trouble portraying them well enough in this film. To my surprise, the fights in this movie were some of my favorite live-action fight sequences ever.
Each fight is unique, well-choreographed, and reflects the participating characters incredibly well. Plus, they're just plain awesome to watch!
